Facilities i.e gym pool spa Food and bar facilities Transportation hub Although on level 11 we were warned about 'some' noise from a level above us, the noise quite often went till nearly midnight each night of the stay with what sounded like metal cases being dragged over the floor

Service that went the 'extra mile!' Upon booking, my husband 'mentioned' my birthday was the reason for our holiday. The Hotel surprised us with a complementary birthday cake. This attention to a passing comment really exceeded our expectation. Thank you. Highly recommended for your overnight stay.

The room is big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. Nice view and very clean. Staff were accommodating and helpful. The shuttle services to and from Airport and Tung Chung are very convenient. Kids love the room. I like the SPA area. My husband was able to use the Gym. There is a swimming pool but no kiddie pool so my kids were not able to enjoy without adults dipping in the water with them.
