wij hadden een hotel nodig voor overnachting ivm vroege vlucht de volgende dag. zeer mooie kamers en keuze uit restaurants. luxe en verzorgd. goede gratis shuttlebus verbinding met het vliegveld. zou er zeker weer overnachten.

The continental breakfast was very very good.

My "ocean view suite" 201 looked straight at a wall of the ferry terminal next door. Defintely not an ocean view! False advertising. The Executive floor lounge was so crowded it was actually very unpleasant, particularly at breakfast. Not a pleasant expereince.

Excellent hotel ideally suited for early flights, room was superb and comfortable. No complaints and I cannot see any room for anyone to complain about this type of hotel. Ok - It was raining outside!

Comfort. Convenience as close to aiport with shuttle to terminal every 20 minutes. Very good soundproofing against aircraft noise.

Wine very expensive.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very well equipped, clean and modern.

I stopped there for one night on my way back to London, I tried to find a shuttle bus to get to the hotel from the airport, but was unable to do so and had to get a taxi. There should be clear instructions to where and how to find the shuttle bus stop - these were not available on the hotel details I received.

it has the great location and very helpful staff.we have been at SkyCity 4 times already and would like to come again

you have to pay around 8-9 $ AUD for each 15 min using the internet. i think ,it's too much

excellent modern spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent linens, modern bathroom

not awakened in the morning, although we asked staff to break us! We were asked to leave a cash deposit, but the hotel still blocked money by credit card

Unstable and expensive room rate discourgae frequent visistor to always choose this hotel.

They took more then announced price, added VAT and covering sum. After check-out they haven't returned covering sum as promised.

Great Bed. Friendly transfer bus crew to Tung Chung and airport terminals. Proximity to HKG Airport. Free Wifi for giving them my business card. Gee, I hope they don't spam me forever.

The price of the buffet breakfast is very high. Ok, so it has sirloin steak. Who eats sirloin steak for breakfast except the 10 year old child at the table next to me whose parents didn't make her eat all she had shovelled onto her plate. Why should I subsidise such antics? Further the cheese labelled Edam was a soft cheese with a white crust. That's not Edam. For $217.80 the restaurant should know what it is serving. Neither should they have left a second signing chit on my table after I'd already signed one. We were woken by three flights at about 3-4AM; probably cargo flights. Surprisingly, we were less aware of aircraft noise during the day. Sound proofing is good, but not perfect. The door staff seemed delighted that there was no transfer bus to Tung Chung late morning because the bus goes to Disneyland. My Octopus and I caught the bus from the nearby Expo. In the room there was only 1 coffee sachet, unless you think decaf is coffee. There was no creamer for coffee. Staff in the spa suite were difficult to find, to get a locker key. They were later found sitting by the pool.
