The room was beautiful and spacious. we all love the bed. the proximity to the airport and the very efficient staff of the shuttle service that made easy for us to reach the MTR station, go to HK Disneyland or to the airport without additional expense. At one point when the shuttle to Disneyland was full, the Hotel reimbursed us for our taxi fare. It was very generous of the hotel. Our trip and stay was truly hassle free. I would surely recommend others to stay in the hotel., |

the friendliness of the staff and nice rooms. All was excerllent. The only problem I have had that there is no possibility to extend the stay by half a day. |

clean, modern and surroundings.......& lobby at midlight!!! Also housekeeping staffs are nice. the cafe @ the corner of the lobby is absolutely bad.....as if it is self serviced.....the staff is impolite and did not take the food & beverage for us!!!! |

Clean, provides most things needed, nice view, quiet, and provides shuttle service to and from airport. Long hallway before reaching my room, breakfast choices limited. |

Location to HKIA. Hotel is a long way from any shopping and there is not a small shop in the hotel to buy incidentals like toothpaste, toothbrush, pain medications, gum, magazines, etc. There is no place anywhere near to buy these items. |

The satff was very nice polite and efficient, the booking easy, the rooms very comfortable. We did not like the fact that we didn't see any pick up and drop of sign at the entrance of the hotel for people willing to come in private cars. |

It is very close to the airport so coming in late at night was pretty painless. The bathroom had no towel rack to hang wet towels. Strange considering they had all these signs urging you to reuse your towels for the sake of the environment. |

The sevices and courtesies extended by your staff was excellent. Like wise transportation to/from the airport and to the shopping centre very convinient indeed. Nothing at all. I will come back there this Friday 19/6 to stay for anpther night before i return to Fiji.Congratulations and keep it up. |

I requested an early check in and was accomodated without extra costs. The pick up and delivery service for me from the airport was also very convienent. It was very clean and comfortable with caring staff. The swimming pool was beautiful. There were no shops close by. |

Very pleasant and efficient check in staff. Impressive lobby decor. Convenient airport location and they had shuttle every 20 minutes. The Club room option is worth the extra price, the club lounge has a happy hour with snacks and drinks and a very good breakfast. The room was clean, very modern decor; but there was a mildew, musty unpleasant odor from the air conditioner or leak from rain somewhere. |

shopping and eat...explore more about HK living style. Free wireless only allow at lobby area but wouldn't able to access internet to check my email via my iphone even wireless indicated free at lobby area. I do not know why? I think almost HK hotels have such problem for free wireless as I experienced the same thing when I stayed a night at Le Meridien. That's really inconvenient to us as we didn't know when to use free or pay wireless service when stay in HK hotels. |
