Friendly staff, good service and good buffet in restaurant The wardrobe is a bit too small ato hang up the clothes when staying longer than 4 or 5 days. It is more convenient to use a handshower to just wash the feet after walking around the city as most hotels overseas have handshowers. |

The staff is extremely friendly, especially the housekeeper and the luggage department. Room is more spacious than I thought, with deposit box and slippers and provided the cable for internet (I know some hotels don't provide the cable for in room wired internet) which I think it's a great personal touch. Shower facility is great, swimming pool has a great view of the harbour view which would a great place to take a night shot of the city. TV need to be upgraded to flat screen tv, not only the quality but also make the room looks more updated. |

I was quite surprised that the chamber maid gave a small plate of biscuits on the first day of check-in which I do not expect. It was a compliment fromt he hotel. The toilet where the bathing section, there was no light. It was a bit dim. |

The swimming pool!!! And the concierge/ bell boy service The reception staff are haughty and cold not warm and friendly. They didn't understand my enquiries about he possibility for corporate rates during my next stay as I'm a weekly customer and I had to repeat myself afew times. The reception lady instead stiffly assumed I was asking her to slip me a discount on my stay that day. They're also very tight with late checkouts and no free wi-fi is provided. I noticed there is no clock in the rooms either when I had to check for time. |

Comfortable, modern hotel which was good value for money. Roof top swimming pool was the highlight. Very close to MRT and tram service. Bar & restaurant were a bit pricey - so we just ate and drank elsewhere. |

I was booked to stay for 14 nights but left the holtel after 3 nights. The assigned room was in poor condition: no clock, keypad on safe was not working properly, dirty cups were not replaced one day... Your staff were complacent. Even when I queried the Reception desk whether there would be any penalty for leaving the hotel early, there was no interest in understanding why I would want to do this. I finally had a call from a staff member offering me a better room the night before leaving; however, I already made a reservation at another hotel and did not want to stay with you any longer. You lost not only 11 nights of the original booking, but I have extended my stay in Hong Kong by an additional 15 nights.I have stayed with you once before |

Very good Harbour view, friendly staff. From my experience for such money one can hardly get such level of service in Europe. In Singapore this money corresponds to 1-2 levels/stars lower service. Location is a bit away from "pulsing" places of the city though metro station is just 2 min walking distance away and only 2 stations away from Wang Chai and 4 from Central. Also don't like that they offer WiFi only on 1 and 2 floor in public areas (and I failed to connect even with the help of very friendly staff) while in room only wired internet is available. |

The pool is great with a fantastic view and good place to get a tan. Better than the Conrad pool which is plain only catches sun certain hours of the day. Gym staff was prompt and courteous. Taxi attendants are always helpful and efficient. Very slow checkin process! They took atleast a good 20 minutes. Frustrating as I was in a rush to an appointment. However, checkout was fast and prompt. |
