Hotelli sijaitsi erinomaisella paikalla ja huoneestamme oli mahtava näkymä satamaan.Hotellihuone oli ehkä hivenen pienempi kuin olimme olettaneet mutta siisti ja toimiva ja kylpyhuone oli tilava. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta ja kattotasanteen uima-allas oli erittäin mukava hienoine näköaloineen. Kaikin puolin miellyttävä kokemus ja voimme palata hotelliin jos/kun menemme Hong Kongiin.

Metropark hotel Causeway Bay has a very convenient location, we have ordered harbour view room and enjoyed Victoria peak and day/night views of city. The transport as trams for 2HKG available and buses, Tin Hau MTR station 2 minutes from the hotel, the same time it's not located on trafic busiest place, so can relax and visit Victoria park, go to Ocean park, Hong kong park, Botanical garden very easy. The hotel has good design and comfort, sweeming pool/sauna/gym at 32 floor we liked it a lot during our Honey moon and thanks for Champaigne! Next time will stay in this hotel for sure!

Our stay at Metropark was absolutely wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful right from the minute we arrived at the hotel and we were always made to feel very welcome. The rooms were well decorated and very clean, the lobby lovely, and the rooftop view gorgeous. We were also very pleased to have received a free upgrade to a harbour view room when we arrived at the hotel. The location right by the Tin Hau metro entrance was extremely convenient.

Overall our stay at Metropark Causeway Bay was lovely. The only thing we were surprised by was that when we considered extending our stay by 1-3 more days, the front desk told us the best rate wes could get was the one on the internet (which at that point was very expensive at over $230/night when our original booking was only approx $110-130/night) - we were surprised that the hotel did not offer a much better rate to encourage existing guests to stay at the hotel, as in our case we did not end up extending our stay and moved to another hotel instead. Regardless of that we'd still highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Comfort & clean. Beautiful view especially at night from the roof top swimming pool. Convenient location just 5 minutes walk to mtr station. Really surprise to receive a birthday cake on my birthday.

Lack of chair on ground floor

I was quite surprised that the chamber maid gave a small plate of biscuits on the first day of check-in which I do not expect. It was a compliment fromt he hotel.

The toilet where the bathing section, there was no light. It was a bit dim.

Clean, comfortable room and convenient location plus free broadband access. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Customer Service was excellent and staff are always smiling and willing to help. We recieved a complimentary upgrade as a honeymoon couple.

The reception staff are haughty and cold not warm and friendly. They didn't understand my enquiries about he possibility for corporate rates during my next stay as I'm a weekly customer and I had to repeat myself afew times. The reception lady instead stiffly assumed I was asking her to slip me a discount on my stay that day. They're also very tight with late checkouts and no free wi-fi is provided. I noticed there is no clock in the rooms either when I had to check for time.
