Reasonable value compared with other hotels in the area, given the busy time of the year and the lateness of my booking. Staff were helpful, above my expectations for hotels in their category - on a par with big brand name hotels. I had requested a high floor room but that room was not ready on my early arrival, I was offered a lower floor room or to wait for one hour. Unfortunately the guest in the room extended for another day so I took the lower floor. The next day my change of room was in place without me having to chase it up and even a receptionist I had never met knew about the change without referring to the computer system. The room was clean, well designed with modern decor and there was a choice of pillows. The hotel rooms are not double glazed so there is a fair amount of noise from the front and side streets, especially on the lower floors, though a friend in a rear room said her room was quiet. The only other concern was no irons in the room and the one I requested was taken away as there appeared to be only a few for each floor |

The Staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily and beds changed daily and the location was excellent, the Continental Breakfast was very nice. The only two things I can say would be the bed was like sleeping on concrete, not very comfortable at all, my back was in pain from the first night, and the room and hallways have a musty smell, something a airfreshener fixed for us. I would only recommend this Hotel with giving the information out about the hard beds. |

The helpfulness of the staff in the restaurant.Due to the early departure of my flight I had to catch the 0220 N11 night bus approx 200yrds from the hotel.I was a bit nervous about this with it being night clubs etc but the hotel arranged for a member of staff to accompany me to the bus stop with my luggage and made sure I boarded the bus safely.This was very much appreciated. |

It's location and the attentiveness of the staff. There was a damp/dusky smell to the room. And I was woken up by early in the morning loud thumping from another room/floor and kept on hearing thumps the whole morning. The walls are too thin. |

The pillows were too hard. The hotel should have some soft pillows especially for those with neck problems that cannot take hard pillows. |

the air conditioning system is very good. same as the shower heater, water temperature are very easy to control. very accurate. Internet access not provided as free ... guest need to pay for it and the it is not cheap. guest should have complimentary drinking water supply too ... |

Good location,very good value,easy access for transport around hong kong and very easy to arrive and depart to and from the airport. Maybe bigger rooms but the locaton was very good and the price was good for the room. |

Great location close to transport, markets & shops, bars & restaurants, very friendly & efficient staff. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again. There is no bar in the hotel |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent location and you could walk out your door into the heart of Wan Chai. The hotel was damp, our room was especially damp. |

The location was fab. Close to the harbour and close to Wan chai underground station. The humidity was high, which led to a 'stinky' environment. Air con was OK, however to 'strong' even on lowest level. Pretty noisy during the night. |
