Metropark Hotel Wanchai

Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu kaikilta osin. Saapuessa todella ystävällinen vastaanotossa, nopea ystävällinen laukun kanto. Meidät huomioitiin erittäin kohteliaasti aina kun kuljimme ohi. Erityisen ilahduttavaa oli, että meidän huoneemme numero muistettiin jo heti toisena aamuna ja saimme aivan erityisen hyvää palvelua aamiaisella. Sijainti oli loistava ja huoneet mitä viihtyisimpiä.

Hieman matalat ja pienehköt huoneet. Tämän kuitenkin oli odotettavissa onhan kyse Hong Kongista eikä ylimääräistä tilaa juurikaan missään ole.

Huoneeni oli savuttomassa kerroksessa, mutta tupakan haju kulkeutui huoneeseeni ilmastoinnin kautta.

Internet charge too expensive.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room in good location. Had internet problem and someone came instantly to fix. Nice sized bath. Small room, but big enough to set up computer and get work done. Comfortable. Will stay again.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is close to MTR station and bus stops. You can do a lot of shopping in closeby areas. Some of the small stores have very good deals for clothing. There are also many restaurants nearby. You can find both cheap and expensive food around. My family really enjoy the stay at the hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The water system makes a lot of noise during the evening. You know when someone in the same floor opens the water. Do not offer water to the clients. Breakfast not so good, and expensive, better to go to the Pacific Coffe arround the corner.

the staff are very warm to all clients, very polite and most helpful. room we were allocated very clean and attended to every day. this hotel is well situated for most places of interest.

I liked the fact that the rooms were great value for money, location-wise & comfort-wise.

Great location, just a short walk to MTR (5min) or even better the tram (2min). We liked the breakfast and the hotel staff was very nice.

Metropark we found that this was a very central hotel for trams Taxis and Tube

Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel to be Quarantined for a week due to the Swine Flu scare. We had a good room, but were looked after by the Hong Kong government mainly, and that in itself was an adventure!All in all the staff were excellent, but the kitchens were closed, and food brought in, by HK Gov, not very good. But the hotel kept us clean,and obliged where they could.

I have stayed in this hotel before and I like it. On this occasion I have been caught in the quarantine for 7 days because of a guest having been confirmed with swine flu. During the quarantine the hotel staff have been absolutely terrific in trying to make us as comfortable as possible under the circumstances.

Very comfertable and homely since its locaton in centre of town easy to reach any where for any thing.

Two things,1. I prefer bigger room as we stay for longer period like 14 days and do some business meetings also but they show me smallest room first and than on my repeated demand they give me better room. 2.After staying for 14 days when I asked for late check out because flight was in late evening the girl at counter "Ms.
