Lähellä messukeskusta sekä ilta-/yöelämän sykettä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet Hong Kongin saaren muihin osiin sekä Kowlooniin. Hyvät yhteydet lentokentälle.

Hissikapasiteetti varsinkin aamuisin liian pieni. Saattoi kestää muutamia minuutteja ennen kuin pääsit hissiin. Varsinaista drinkkibaaria ei hotellissa ole (tilapäinen baari rakennettiin iltaisin klo 18 hotellin aulaan, henkilökunta siinä ei ollut ravintolahenkilökuntaa vaan normi hotellityöntekijöitä).

VEry well located close to subway stations. Central.

Air conditioning was too cold...

Reasonable value compared with other hotels in the area, given the busy time of the year and the lateness of my booking. Staff were helpful, above my expectations for hotels in their category - on a par with big brand name hotels. I had requested a high floor room but that room was not ready on my early arrival, I was offered a lower floor room or to wait for one hour. Unfortunately the guest in the room extended for another day so I took the lower floor. The next day my change of room was in place without me having to chase it up and even a receptionist I had never met knew about the change without referring to the computer system. The room was clean, well designed with modern decor and there was a choice of pillows.

The hotel rooms are not double glazed so there is a fair amount of noise from the front and side streets, especially on the lower floors, though a friend in a rear room said her room was quiet. The only other concern was no irons in the room and the one I requested was taken away as there appeared to be only a few for each floor

The Staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily and beds changed daily and the location was excellent, the Continental Breakfast was very nice.

The only two things I can say would be the bed was like sleeping on concrete, not very comfortable at all, my back was in pain from the first night, and the room and hallways have a musty smell, something a airfreshener fixed for us. I would only recommend this Hotel with giving the information out about the hard beds.

Very clean rooms and new furniture. Also the location was excellent in the middle of Wanchai and close to MTR station and HK Exhibition Centre.

The pillows were too hard. The hotel should have some soft pillows especially for those with neck problems that cannot take hard pillows.

The location near to the night life. Room was spacious.

Room was on the 5th floor and due to this a bit noisy because of the traffic.

the air conditioning system is very good. same as the shower heater, water temperature are very easy to control. very accurate.

Internet access not provided as free ... guest need to pay for it and the it is not cheap. guest should have complimentary drinking water supply too ...
