Hissikapasiteetti varsinkin aamuisin liian pieni. Saattoi kestää muutamia minuutteja ennen kuin pääsit hissiin. Varsinaista drinkkibaaria ei hotellissa ole (tilapäinen baari rakennettiin iltaisin klo 18 hotellin aulaan, henkilökunta siinä ei ollut ravintolahenkilökuntaa vaan normi hotellityöntekijöitä).

Location of hotel was convenient.

Room was damp aqnd musty. Dampness was so bad on whole floor that by the time I had to check-out my suit that I had kept hanging in wardrobe was made wet and needed to be dry cleaned and pressed on arrival at my next destination. Not impressed and wont stay here again despite good location.

Great location in the centre of Wanchai, near to mtr stop & short distance to Star Ferry. Clean & comfortable, i'd stay there again.

Convenient,smart fitting, such as the beside table lights and writing desk. Toilet and shower is comparatively big to the size of room, very comfortable size, nice and easy to move around.

There was mould smelling in the room and corridor of hotel, we can see totally 3 patches of moist mark on the wall above bed head and other area. The cleaner did not vacuum the floor everyday as I found the crumbs of my cakes after room cleaning!

For the four nights I was at the Metropark Hotel, the hotel was fine. The room was small, but I wasn't looking for anything extravagant. The internet connection was fine. The AC was also really nice, especially after I was outside for multiple hours. The staff was really nice and always made sure I had whatever I needed.

Besides the few complaints I had about the bed and the shower, the hotel was fine for a short term stay. Would I recommend it for a long term stay, probably not. But if you need a convenient place to stay for a few days, the Metropark Hotel is fine.

As soon as I arrived I was informed I was being upgraded to a 'Ladies room' which was a pleasant surprise and the room was more than adequate. I had been led to expect HK hotel rooms were small but this was fine for the no. of stars although it would have been a little cramped for 2 people. Breakfast was very good value - constantly replenished and large variety of dishes. A/C was operational from the room which is always helpful. Linen was good quality.Within walking distance to MTR and shops/markets/lively night life. All in all the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I left the hotel with the intention of writing to you that it was generally a good experience as I feel the good hotels should be supported.

No complaints - my only observation was that the hangers in the wardribe were for blouses, dresses only and it was not possible to hang trousers or skirts from them. Although I am sure if I had asked then additional hangers would have been supplied.

The location was perfect for eating out and entertainment. The Hotel maintained a clean standard.

Actual room sizes/dimensions should be stated....the 'Executive Spacious' room we booked did not meet expectations for our 18 days stay. Seating and cupboard/drawer space was also very limited.

We liked the fact it is situated in the heart of town and near a railway station.

The TV and the beds are a bit small

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you are travelling on business and need a comfortable and clean environment to rest.

Taxi or car access into the hotel from the street is an issue. There is no off street parking or ramp up to the hotel lobby area. This makes for an interesting few minutes when trying to remove your bags from the car on a busy road.

nothing really, it's a quite noisey during daytime, but it's all good.
