Cheap, clean, comfortable, central, helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet can be improved.

this hotel is ideally situated to everything, the staff on reception, spoke very good english, and was very helpful, lovely modern hotel

the room had a strange smell when you walked into the room, but you got used to it, (musty or smoking smell) the bed was very hard

hotel could have a wider range of English-language TV channels (and English soundtrack available to English-speaking guests on international sports channels for example)

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Great location, clean room, helpful staff. Booked a twin lady grest room and expected it to be a big as in the photo. Was given a tiny twin comfort room initially - no space for suitcases let alone 8 days of shopping! Requested and was given a bigger lady guest room with queen and single bed and room to move - so all good in the end.

No complimentary water.

Overall good but did not like suggested extra charge of $400 for extra bed when room was only $590. We made other arrangements.

I was involved in the May 1st 2009 quartine for swine flu, so that was not so good, however I cannot express enough the professionalism and kindness of the staff during this trying time.
