Very convenient, MTR is just within 5 mins walking distance. Bus stop just outside Hotel and many eateries around the corner.

Building construction just next door. Very noisy in the morning. Request room that is not facing the construction site.

You can wait 1 hr for a taxi and the hotel staff tell you that it is not their duty to arrange a taxi for their guests. Hot helpful.... Dbl bed too narrow

we book one big bed so they give us 2 small beds , the bath room is very small also small window in the room i think it is 3 star only

The 4 nights we stayed on every morning we were woken to nose from building construction @ around 7.30am -8.00am this was not very plesent.

Our stay was excellent ! The room was a good size for Hong Kong very central to all transport and shops. We had one of the most outstanding meals of our trip in the restaurant Le Chef- The Wine Pairing menu was incredible Spanish food with Italian wines. Thanks chef Francisco Pazos! Would highly recommend staying at Metro park Wan Chai Janice Payne (room 409)

Neat no fuss type of hotel..breakfast was excellent and location good for both Business and leisure travellers. convenient for shopping...pubs...and night life.The staff very polite and efficient.

was allotted a room other than the one I had asked for..room a room completely boxed up claustrophobic with no view whatsoever..with construction hammer noise .and was told it is an upgrade..Changed me to another room after a wait of more than 2 hours.

The staff showed us another room but it had different bedding arrangement to the one we ordered. Then showed us another room on a smoking floor which wasn't an option for us...finally the third room they showed us was suitable and we switched. The process took over 1.5hr but it was worth the wait in the end.

The original room we checked in to was right next to the construction building next door - we could hear all the noise, it was hard to relax inside the room. Apparently constructions start as early at 7am so we asked to change rooms. The wifi signal was very low in this room, too.

I often stay at this hotel as the location is ideal for its' proximity to the business, shopping, and entertainment activities that I undertake in HK. The HK Exhibition Centre is a 5 minute walk away and the Wanchai MTR is also just a few hundred metres away.

The hotel itself is ok for me, as it's clean, modern, with pretty good rooms, bathrooms, staff etc. If you're fussy about wifi, breakfast variety etc, then you may have a few grumbles. This is not a cheap stay though, and if it wasn't HK, you'd think you were paying quite a bit over the top for what you actually receive.Location is the deal-breaker for me though so one just takes it on the chin.

good location in central Wan Chai. helpful staff. excellent breakfast. clean room, well sound proofed, quite adequate for a short stay. reasonable value for HK which apart from its first rate public transport is not a cheap destination these days.

not much storage space for clothes. OK for a single person or a very short stay.

Staffs - especially Amin at the front desk and Raymond who,is on breakfast shifts. They are so friendly and helpful. Is a plus to the hotel. Location - marvellous location. 5 minutes walk to MTR station. Causeway Bay, Wan Chai Ferry Pier and the Bauhinia Square are witin walking distance.

Although the varieties of breakfast are good, I find myself bored with it after the 4th morning (staying 7 nights) - they are serving the same thing! Love the coffee though - there is coffee machine where you can DIY.
