Great location..rooms were neat and hotel had a modern feel

Clean and nice staff.

Small rooms but average for downtown HK.

If hotel can upgrade their internet to Wi-Fi coverage, will be much more user friendly for business travellers. It is quite convenient as only few minutes by Taxi from Hong Kong Station to hotel.

Check in at 1:00 pm , told by reception need to come back at 2:00 pm ,due to room is still under clraning process . And also Check in time is 2:00 pm. Come back at 2:10 pm. ,Saw other customer are checking in with room ready , but we still told by reception need to wait for another 20 min ? We travel from China early morning , arriving hk with tired and dusty body, but still need to hang out on hk street for more than 1 hr , still with no room ready ?

Near to MTR station and restaurants, shops, etc... Hotel room is clean with adequate facilities for short stay. Value for money.

Good freindly staff, fine full breakfast, metro station in 2 minutes by walking, not big but comfortable room.

Staff were helpful, it was reasonable value for money by Hong Kong standards and the hotel is very central for local amenities and transport.

We booked two standard double/twin rooms for our party and were allocated rooms on the 2nd floor. The rooms weren't ready when we arrived at 2pm and so we went for lunch and came back. On entering the newly-cleaned rooms it struck both parties that there was a musty smell as if the rooms had not had any fresh air at all. The housekeeper came and turned the airconditioning up full blast on a low temperature and sprayed ari freshener. Actually there was an underlying smell of cigarette smoke and I noticed that ash trays were present in the room and bathroom despite the rooms being non-smoking. The musty smell partially cleared but in our room the bathroom retained a nasty smell as if there are problems with the drains. The rooms were also very claustrophobic with low ceilings and small, narrow windows. Thankfully you don't spend that much time in a hotel room during the day. I was disappointed that despite having booked the hotel many months before we were allocated these rooms with no possibility of changing as the hotel was by then fully booked. I don't know if these conditions are replicated in the upper floors of the hotel so I can only speak for the specific rooms we had, hence I have still said I would reccomend it to other travellers as the hotel was generally nice and in a central location.

Location ideal for my purposes (close to hkcec) and price reasonable, although not as competitive as I had hoped. Room was fine and the gym was ok if a little small for more than 2 people.

Reception area and bar were not very welcoming; I don't like having to pay for internet access in a hotel, although the rate was reasonable; no wifi, but used cable.

It's a very friendly hotel. Staff are really helpful. Breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for Hong Kong standard. Aircon was a little noisy in the room we were in but that's only complaint.

Everything was outstanding apart from one very minor annoyance - there was no hand rail in/over the bath for support when stepping in or out for showering. Thanks for a very pleasant stay for my wife and self - the staff were excellent. Victor Derek Bridger (Room 602)
