Nothing much. Its just value for money depending on your objective of stay. It was too far away from the MTR. The bus service was a help but not much due to its own schedule. |

The room was comfortable, a good size and hotel staff paid attention to details. Although the hotel was quite far away from major attractions and shopping centres a complimentary shuttle service was provided. Internet access for people who don't carry laptops is not good. There are only two computers available for general use and it is expensive to use them. The internet connection can also be unreliable. |

The pool was nice and it was well located within walking distance of the ladies market, jade and temple street markets and also the metro in Mong Kok to catch the train to central. The extra service fee. |

It was a short walk from main shopping area, about 6 minutes which was great, but a little further out than most other hotels. As a single female traveller i felt safe to walk round, even at night. There is a bus from the airport for $98 HK, which is reasonable, especially when you're knackered and the MTR seems too much effort! The hotel run mini buses to the airport on the hour as well which is handy, but It took nearly an hour to get there. The breakfast was alright, but nothing special. The rooms were a little shabby, but clean. The bathroom needed updating, it had been patched up a few times and was just tired. The rooms itself was adequate, i was only there one night, but not sure i would have wanted to be there much longer. I think you could get somewhere better for only few extra pounds! |

Every half hour (and sometimes more often) there was a regular shuttle service to main areas of Kowloon so that even though only some local shopping/restaurants/local tourist attractions, we could easily get to where we wanted to. The hotel was good, as we expected for the price. |

Good pool on roof, free internet, good breakfast selection Rooms were very dated - 70s and brown! Air con did not seem to work as well at night. Not a great location, although shuttlebus was handy, walking to the MTR was about 10-15 minutes. No restaurants around the hotel, so always had to get some form of transport for evenings out. The bar in the hotel was very dull and had terrible fashion channel TV on constantly |

It was good value for money. The staff were good but could have been a little more welcoming and friendly upstairs on the reception desk. The other staff were always very nice :-) |

The room was good, fruit basket was there on arrival.Staff was courteous and willing to serve. The only thing lacking was the number of vegetarian items in the breakfast buffet.By increasing the same the hotel will be able to lure a large number of tourists/business travellers from India and other western countries who are moving on to vegetarianism. |

Concierge staff were very good. We made good use of the Happy "hour "from 4.00 p.m. tp 9.00 p.m. Very good price through booking.com. Shuttle service to/from airport reasonably priced and free shuttle to metro and ferry very handy |

Clean and tidy surroundings, courteous and helpful staff, well maintained pool and gym and lovely buffet breakfast. I forgot my wallet in the gym and it was handed over by the gym staff to the security who handed it back to me after verification. Thanks. Dinner at your signature Chinese restaurant was very ordinary. May be we didnt make very good selections but anyone could tell that batter coating on fish and chicken should not be so thick that it kills the taste of the meat. Sweet corn soup was however OK. |

Great hotel for very little money Concierge and bellboys like vultures hanging around in the hope that you will give them money for any little thing they do. Not sure if they get paid a wage by the hotel but where I come from it's rude to question the amount of a tip when one is given. "5 Dollars?!?!?!?" came the response from one boy who carried my bag to the room. "Yes" I said "5 dollars, now be on your way before I take it... |
