La limpieza de las habitaciones y el baño, siempre tuvimos agua para beber cortesia del hotel El personal del front desk, especialmente las chicas todas mal humoradas y no colaboran con las personas, parece que nos hicieran un favor, deberian poner personal que brinde un trato mas cordial, y que sepan mejor el ingles. |

El hotel está fenomenal. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. Me sorprendió gratamente ya que no es caro. No está demasiado cerca de las paradas de metro (10 minutos andando) pero tienes autobuses en la puerta además de un servicio de autobús del hotel gratuito que sale cada media hora y tiene varias paradas hasta el puerto. Es perfecto y muy cómodo. |

EL SERVICIO HABITACIONES CLUB EN LA PLANTA 17 ESTA BIEN .INTERNET LAS 24 H INCLUIDO EN EL PRECIO HABITACION. ESTA CERCA DEL MERCADO DE MUJERES Y DEL METRO 10 MINUTOS ANDANDO LAS HABITACIONES SON MUY PEQUEÑAS LAS CAMAS TAMBIEN EL EDREDON NO CONSIGUES QUE TE TAPE ENTERO PERO EN H.K. LOS HOTELES DE ESTE PRECIO SON PARECIDOS DE TAMAÑO. |

ubicación y relación precio calidad Al llegar la habitacion no estaba pronta pese a que el check-in era desde las 14:00, xq el cliente anterior pagó por check-out later y el conserje en recepcion de muy mala educacion, (nada raro en HK), pretendía que esperara hasta las 18:00 horas para acceder a la misma. Al final me cambió a otra habitacion pegada al ascensor donde fue imposible descansar por el ruido del mismo. |

Staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was spacious enough with all the necessary amenities. I did not get a fruit basket whereas my two other rooms in my group got a fruit basket every day. |

good location for shopping and star ferry .reception were good and the operator but she kept giving us the wrong international dialling numbers.porters also very helpful.clean rooms . the lifts are too slow and the bus drivers are not very friendly or helpful.and the rooms are a little small but good value for money |

Overall this is very good hotel. Ups: Swimming pool on top floor, hotel staff is very polite and with satisfying knowledge of English, shuttle bus proved very useful... If the location were little better, there would be no need for shuttle bus. (Closer to metro) |

The room was very good as were the staff and we also enjoyed the swimming pool, The free bus service to and from the ferry port was excellent.The buffet breakfast was also good value The bar prices were too high. There should also be a better lounge facility where it would be enjoyable to sit and relax after a busy day. perhaps with a free tea making facility. |
