モンコックにも近く、近所にコンビニとパン屋もあり、香港のホテルにしては部屋も広く・インターネットも接- 続Ｆｒｅｅでした！夜景などにこだわらなければ、かなりおすすめです。 |

シャトルサービスで交通の便をカバーしているので滞在中は非常に動きやすかった。 スタッフと接する必要がなかったので別にありません。 |

到着が深夜１時半であったがチェックイン等を速やかに対応してもらった。 ホテル自身の問題では無いが今回は５泊中の２泊に結婚二次会を隣室でしており深夜まで出入り、間違いベル等- で五月蝿かった。 |

日中のフロントスタッフの対応が良く、何を聞いても親切に対応してくれた。部屋は清潔で、この料金にしては- 十分に快適だった。 夜間のフロントの対応が若干不親切だった。朝食のビュッフェの内容が単調で、長期宿泊者にはキツい内容だっ- た。 |

Staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was spacious enough with all the necessary amenities. I did not get a fruit basket whereas my two other rooms in my group got a fruit basket every day. |

good location for shopping and star ferry .reception were good and the operator but she kept giving us the wrong international dialling numbers.porters also very helpful.clean rooms . the lifts are too slow and the bus drivers are not very friendly or helpful.and the rooms are a little small but good value for money |

Overall this is very good hotel. Ups: Swimming pool on top floor, hotel staff is very polite and with satisfying knowledge of English, shuttle bus proved very useful... If the location were little better, there would be no need for shuttle bus. (Closer to metro) |

The room was very good as were the staff and we also enjoyed the swimming pool, The free bus service to and from the ferry port was excellent.The buffet breakfast was also good value The bar prices were too high. There should also be a better lounge facility where it would be enjoyable to sit and relax after a busy day. perhaps with a free tea making facility. |
