O Hotel tem um serviço de suttle gratuito muito bom. Os quartos são razoáveis, assim como o atendimento Não acho razoavel um hotel cobrar pela utilização de internet. |

O hotel oferece muito bons serviços, tem um restaurante bom, shutlle bus a cada 30 minutos para TST, uma boa área de recepção, acesso fácil a muitos lugares importantes de Hong Kong. O ginásio do hotel é medíocre! |

Staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was spacious enough with all the necessary amenities. I did not get a fruit basket whereas my two other rooms in my group got a fruit basket every day. |

good location for shopping and star ferry .reception were good and the operator but she kept giving us the wrong international dialling numbers.porters also very helpful.clean rooms . the lifts are too slow and the bus drivers are not very friendly or helpful.and the rooms are a little small but good value for money |

Overall this is very good hotel. Ups: Swimming pool on top floor, hotel staff is very polite and with satisfying knowledge of English, shuttle bus proved very useful... If the location were little better, there would be no need for shuttle bus. (Closer to metro) |

The room was very good as were the staff and we also enjoyed the swimming pool, The free bus service to and from the ferry port was excellent.The buffet breakfast was also good value The bar prices were too high. There should also be a better lounge facility where it would be enjoyable to sit and relax after a busy day. perhaps with a free tea making facility. |

What I liked about the Metropark Hotel Mongkok was the location.Close to the Ladies Market. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. |
