the room was very humid and small so we got seek after three days. The humidity in the room was so high that some papers we had with us, were destroyed..

Location and cleanliness.

Noisy surroundings, disturbance from neighbours, tiniest shower room in the world, lack of hot water, not changing the bed linen and towels.

Loved the location! Very centralised, convenient. Walking distance to everywhere - restaurants, MTRstation, h&m, sasa etc. Way too good! Will definitely recommend everyone to go for it!:)

- the comfortable lounge! - the eco friendly idea for not changing pillows and blanket everyday. it feels like home! - clever interior ideas (room). ie: the lights under the bed cleverly replaced bed lights. friendly and bright enough.

- the nasty smell coming from the toilet sink. the shower part is fine. i can smell it everytime i enter the toilet. - perhaps the safety box can push in further more (towards the wall) to have a little bit more space to place luggage/bags under the bed. not enough space to place baggages.

Ideally located in CBD, next to Lan Kwai Fong and near Central MRT. Great value for money. Small but clean rooms with proper wifi connection. Highly recommended.

Thin walls, so can be a bit noisy. Furthermore, even with the aircon off, I could still clearly hear it humming at night. But these are the only negative things. And yes, the rooms are 'mini', but that didn't bother me at all (certainly not considering the location and the price).

It was overall a good hotel for a solo travelers. Especially when you have little budget and still want to stay in a good location. Love the lobby area! So comfy and homey!

The bed was a bit small even tho it's a double bed size. The bathroom use a see-through glass so it won't be too favorable for group traveler

Small, but extremely cozy room.Clean bathroom with beautiful view (skyscrapers, old-styled mansion), comfortable bed. Modern white design with good ergonomics. Much more comfort than at Chungking Mansion's hotels by the same price.

Sound isolation is very bad - you can hear everything from next rooms. Glass wall between room and bathroom doesn't have curtain. Please learn the way from MTR to hotel - it's quite difficult to find it.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of Central, I liked everything! The staff was amazing: very helpful, polite and friendly. Room was clean, air condition was working properly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great value for money, especially since we booked in advance. Very convenient location together with all-you-might-need facilities (E.G. clean bed, free wi-fi in the room and lobby, air conditioning) make this hotel the perfect choice for budget conscious travelers on a city break who would still like to get decent conditions.

We were a bit confused when we had to pay for our stay. Firstly, the online payment didn't work and I was made aware of that at the last moment. Secondly, there was a daily service charge which we were, again, unaware of at the moment of booking.

Some towels were not clean The rooms are really small - but in terms of value for money they are just fine for a solo traveller.

complete lack of laundry facilities I stayed 12 days. No Laundry pick up an. deliver back same day service.

The location is fantastic.

I have been several times at this hotel. This time I noticed a downturn in it. They are taking less care about cleaning, the towels and bed clothing look pretty old and sometimes not so clean. They should pay more attention to that.

Great location close to Central MTR and Peak Tram. Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

Not much sound proofing in the rooms, so you can hear when the people next door and talking or watching TV etc.

i like nothing about this hotel

the space is very very small and the location is up the hill and a very steep staircase to reach it. it is raining and they do not even have an umbrella to loan to customer. room is not clean every day.

The location is perfect. Close to central MTR station, night life, sightseeing spots. You can easily find convenience store, fancy resto or street foods.

The room too small for two

Great location, spotless room. Not much space but excellent value.

Left luggage security looked very ad-hoc.

Receptionists are very helpful. We are two girls and asked them for moving our big luggage, they were very glad to give a support. The room is really mini, but clean. If you are just 1 person, or only two girls to go shopping in HK. Mini hotel is not bad for economic purpose.

Location is pretty good but it's hard to reach when you have a big luggage.
