The staff was fantastic, the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel, the food was great in the restaurant, and the spa was absolutely wonderful. |

High rated reviews from the internet for The Mira hotel never disappointing me! Staying in The Mira is one of my best memory of my HK trip. I was so impressed by their excellent service. They are friendly and efficiency. Especially enjoy to stay in The Mira room, nice interior decoration and all the high tech stuffs. I just want to say, The Mira, you're so close to our heart, very considerate! Well done and keep it up. I'll definitely go back soon! |

The best thing about Mira is the gym, the staff are friendly and helpful and the equipment are great Maybe you should consider having cotton buds and pads as an amenity |

The Mira Hong Kong is one the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to. I really love the design of the hotel, the swimming pool is really gorgeous and unique. The price is reasonable for 5 stars hotel. The services were great. Staffs have been very attentive and helpful. I would definitely visit Mira again on my next trip. Thanks for a really wonderful experience =))))) The size of the room is quite small, especially for shopaholics like me, I need a lot of space to place my luggages and shopping bags, so at the end of the day, the room was quite clustered and messy. |

Extremely helpful staff, especially the concierge. Clean and beautiful design. Computer and wifi in the room. Need a guest area in the lobby. We saw a couch section in the lobby, but it was belonged to the bar. |

This hotel was amazing, it really exceeded what I was expecting. This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Tsim Ts Tsui. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is impecable. I travelled with a group of friends and they all loved their rooms. The technology in the hotel rooms are all modern. The indoor pool is beautiful, the best that I have seen by far! |

the location was fabulous - close to the shopping complexes. the room was a good size and clean and the staff were very helpful the location of the air conditioning duct was not good - it blew cold air onto my face whilst i was in bed and trying to sleep and this was uncomfortable to the point where i had to turn it off. |

The room we got was small at first, but when i told them that in booking.com, it mentioned the room was 30 sq.m., without much fuss, they moved me to a very nice room that is 300 sq.ft big. Very modern, very beautiful. My kid had fun time with the internet thru the Sony Flat TV Screen. It even had a local mobile phone ready for use which was complimentary. I would definitely check-in here again. |

Fine design, fare and cosy atmosphere, proximity to the Victoria Harbour, supporting staff, brand new equipment in the room The only one thing which I have not found over there is tuning of air conditioner - I found the temperature in my room rather low, but had no chance to adjust it |

The attention to detail and the willingness of staff to be of help was a big plus for me. Also the bed was probably the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. An excellent experience all round. |

The pool-site is impressive; spa facilities(e.g. massages) are great; well-equipped gym; attentive service on the club-floor; great buffet and drinks during day and breakfast; vibrant atmosphere club-floor rooms should be bigger than those on the normal floor |

The front desk staff are very friendly. The location is great. The service is not very impressive. 1) business centre closed too early so for international business client it is not very convenient. 2) the house keeping staff enter the room without knocking. 3) The internet set up instruction is not very clear in the room for Outlook user. |

At the beginning (right after the renovations), the hotel is really super and nice and very chic. It has a dark lighting surroundings with very classy appearances. but now after some time, the rooms are dirty and dusty. The carpet smells and there is a lot of areas left uncleaned in the room. The dark lighting is hiding a lot of the dirt and unclean areas. I am very dissappointed with this hotel now. Used to be my favourite one in hkg... The conditions have deteriorated badly since the beginning... |

A very friendly reception staff namely Mr Tim that he even sent me to my room upon check-in. This is a very personalised service that I did not expect at all. Never received such treatment from other hotel before.The hotel is so modern in design and clean. Really excellent in all aspects and value for money. |
