Very nice design hotel. Interior is different from other HK hotels ,with very, very supportive staff. Worth a look inside. (even if you booked another hotel, just have a look) None, but just a note. On the 6th floor you should not be taller than 2m10 when walking in corridor from elevator to your room. Room itself is high enough though. Airco on the cold side and not so easy to adjust. |

Outstanding service.Very friendly staff.Our rooms although not large were so comfortable.Wonderful pillows.We stayed on the Club Floor and loved the extra attention.Yummy snacks and drinks,the breakfast was not the huge hotel buffet style,but was perfect.You should see the pool and the spa.Loved the location.We would definitely stay again. We were not given rooms with a city view as per booking.com.We had a courtyard view which on the 15th floor looked onto a wall. |

The facilities was the best. Ambience was good, location was good. Everything there was perfect. The food in the hotel was tooo expensive and the operator for room service sounded annoyed. Only at rare times when I asked Things they were inefficient. |

Good location, reasonable price. House keeping also wants to clean room before 11:00 A.M. even call and knock on room everytime to ask. Can not sleep in. |

everything really, the staff were really helpful and there anytime to help you. the design of the room is just wow and really my wife and I had I wonderful time in the hotel. probably the check in time. but even that wasn't a problem for me because the staff arrange the room for me 5 hours before the check in time, how great is that. |

Courteous staff and good location. Disappointing! Very strong moldy smell inside guest room and some inside hallway, likely due to poor ventilation. Lights in the whole room turned all on by itself several times in the middle of the night. |

The design of the room is very nice and service of the front desk lady was very good. She is very friendly and helpful too. You cant find a better location if you there for shopping and food (who would not be shopping and eating when visiting hong kong!!) The selections of food for breakfirst was not very good. We found the taste not to our liking. |

Everything. Without question the best hotel experience I've ever had. Made the whole trip extra special. Undoubtedly the best new Hotel in Hong Kong imo. I'm not sure the standard rooms are amazing value, but there's always a chance of an upgrade if you're not on a tour group. Not sure you would get that (without asking) at other hotels. Hotel staff appear to have been extremely well trained. |

The hotel is very beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was good with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. |

Staff very friendly and efficient. Portable phone is excellent idea. A full breakfast charge is HK$ 260. This is extremely high. The variety provided is in no way indicative of the class of this hotel. You must negotiate an all inclusive package for your customers with breakfast included. |
