Good location. Lack of choice for breakfast. Poor service in executive lounge. Staff seem inexperienced and seem unsure how to handle queries/issues. |

Very pleasant looking over beautiful internal courtyard ,you would never know you were in the middle of busy hong kong. we have been staying at the old Mirimar for 25 years and this was the most stunning make over we have ever seen. This stay topped of our 5 week trip around the world as our favorite hotel, we will be back . thankyou to all the wonderful young staff on the 12th floor . No ,loved it will stay again for sure. |

The location is excellent especially for shoppers. The Mrt is just a short walk away and the star ferry is about 10 mins away. The staff is most helpful and go out of their way to assist you. Not enough space for luaggage in the room. |

Best Quality. Quality/Price ratio is very high. The style. Personal of the hotel are nice and friendly. The rooms are very new with the newest infotainment technologies. The Club Rooms and their facilities are wonderful. The Club Cocktail Bar is excellent. The snacks and breakfast taste very good and they use best brands for drinks. Now I have a hotel where I will stay every time that I visit Hong-Kong. |

Design super modern, clean and spacious room, free internet, quiet which is so rare in hk as Chinese are more driven in making money rather than taking care of their clients. Part of the bathroom which was part of the room entrance, breakfast too expensive (over 200 hkd), hotel hall looks like a disco and sometimes too dark. |
