The attention to detail and the willingness of staff to be of help was a big plus for me. Also the bed was probably the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. An excellent experience all round. |

The pool-site is impressive; spa facilities(e.g. massages) are great; well-equipped gym; attentive service on the club-floor; great buffet and drinks during day and breakfast; vibrant atmosphere club-floor rooms should be bigger than those on the normal floor |

The front desk staff are very friendly. The location is great. The service is not very impressive. 1) business centre closed too early so for international business client it is not very convenient. 2) the house keeping staff enter the room without knocking. 3) The internet set up instruction is not very clear in the room for Outlook user. |

At the beginning (right after the renovations), the hotel is really super and nice and very chic. It has a dark lighting surroundings with very classy appearances. but now after some time, the rooms are dirty and dusty. The carpet smells and there is a lot of areas left uncleaned in the room. The dark lighting is hiding a lot of the dirt and unclean areas. I am very dissappointed with this hotel now. Used to be my favourite one in hkg... The conditions have deteriorated badly since the beginning... |

A very friendly reception staff namely Mr Tim that he even sent me to my room upon check-in. This is a very personalised service that I did not expect at all. Never received such treatment from other hotel before.The hotel is so modern in design and clean. Really excellent in all aspects and value for money. |

Excellent location with good facilities and very high tech rooms. Rooms are comfortable meticulously clean and all staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Rooms are a bit on the small side and as a boutique hotel whilst the decoration is spotlessly clean and functional it is a little soul-less. |

I liked the scented lobby and cool air that greets me everytime I step out from the busy city streets into the hotel. I was visiting in the hot and humid summer of June 2010 so it felt like I was transported into another world. Good job with the layout of the rooms and the gadgets were fun to play with! Corridors are a little too dark. I found myself being able to enter into another room with my key card so please check on security issues. |

The service was excellent & one of the most modern rooms in HongKong.The free wireless internet on the TV & other entertainment services were excellent. This hotel beats the others by miles. |

design, hi-tech facilities and hotel staffs' hospitality are so impressive. the room is perfectly designed, functional and i don't want to leave the hotel! wanna stay there longer. The staff named "Ada" was very helpful and so cute :) I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. the price is so high, but it depends on which period of stay. However, i'm satisfied with the service anyway. Next time i'll spend time more in the room, then the price won't be matter! |
