Nathan Hotel    

The location was great, very handy to all shopping areas and all the markets most within walking distance, finding taxis was very easy right outside the hotel or the staff would happily call one for us.The staff were very friendly and helpful and always smiling which is unusual in most hotels we have stayed at. Our room was very clean and well fitted out, the bed was extremely comfortable with a large TV and free internet in our room and the food from room service was great and served promptly, including the buffet breakfast which was extensive in variety. The wine cellar was a nice touch for relaxing in the evening. We would stay here again definately and recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of going to hong kong, it made for a very nice relaxing holiday.

Our room and the hallways were a little to cold but that could be just us.

Nathan hotel is very good, modern, clean and confortable. The breakfast is ok, I guess, considering is hard to find western food in China. Hong Kong is not very big, so you can walk all the Koowloon Peninsula in 20- 25 min. We only got the metro once, when we went to the other island. So I guess location is fine too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, quiet rooms, with nice extras such as slippers and bathrobes. Our dinner at their restaurant was delicious and they offer a very nice buffet breakfast. Excellent location.

The staff were very accommodating when we were not happy with the first room they changed it. They improved our wifi connection which was originally poor.

The only complaint the first room was not as big as it said it was on the internet but they changed happily

The Nathan Hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 5 nights. The staff were attentive and helpful....the room was spotless and well designed with thoughtful attention to detail. The bathroom had quality fixtures and toiletries. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of dishes that catered to all tastes. I would definitely stay again.

very good location, can take bus/subway/shuttle bus easily; very near to Central Pier and Harbour City.

The double room does not reflect the published photograph. I inspected the photographed room, it was the same as mine, worm out furniture (outside of the photo) old carpets, small bathroom with chrome worn off bath fixtures, incomplete toiletries, tired looking room, overall worn out and in need of a serious outfitting. The breakfast buffet room is similar to the bedrooms and needs a significant make over. Not the hotel quality I had expected. I checked out before the end of my intended stay as there were no alternative rooms available

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Room size (Nathan Club) is generous. Early check-in and late check-out at no additional charge.

Everything as soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and we were upgraded to a suiteb for no extra charge, the room was fantastic, really clean and everything we needed was right there for us. The staff were also very helpfull my partner was feeling a little ill and we needed some drugs and we asked the girls behind reception could they translate into chinese from our english so we could go into a chemist and buy with ease, which we did. The bell boys were also brillinat very helpfull, I asked one guy a good place to eat chinese food, he told us a place just 4 doors away from the Nathan, I had the best prwan curry I hva tasted in ages, come out the main door and turn right don't go into Nathan road it's just by the 7 eleven store great food, sorry I don't know the name

Everything was perfect for us

The hallways had dehumidifiers running constantly and the rooms (which did not) were musty and tired.

The hotel provided free upgrade when I booked 3 rooms and they also allowed early check in. It is very convenient to arrive at the hotel from airport by just taking the airport bus A21, which seem to be the cheapest transport from airport to hotel.

Staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. Nothing we asked for was to much trouble. Housekeeping were very quick to provide additional hangers, ice and glassware.

Breakfast menu could vary daily. Got very mundane after staying there for eight nights with no variation in breakfast buffet!

Elevators are the slowest in the world. And the coffee served at the breakfast is really bad. Luckily there is Starbucks downstairs. The breakfast is very simple.

Vu from windows . We take 2 Grand Nathan Room no smoking , first was perfect , for the second one the bathroom was too small and was not no smoking room. Variety in breakfast buffet , bread was not fresh

Staff was rude,furthermore I stayed for two nights however I booked via Booking.Com for 1 night only second night the Hotel increase the room rates which was very very exepensive..

Very close to the Jordan mtr station and modern hotel, friendly staff and comfortable room. Free wifi and Hotel is in a perfect location.
