Staff at the hotel were more than helpful, no matter what the request was. I dont think I got the grade of room that I originally booked !!!!! |

i like the clean of hotel and room and the helpfull of the staff and the price and budget of room with this facilities i dont like the small size resturant for breakfast . On 2 occasions there were no seats available for us . 2 lifts are not enough and one was out of order through out our stay. |

Staff were excellent, Breakfast was always plentiful & tasteful. Room was always clean & big enough for two. The hotel was in a good position, plenty of shopping & public transport out the front of the hotel. |

The room was clean and it was reasonably big compared to some other hotels which we've stayed in the past. The reception staffs were not very helpful nor friendly when information were needed. They were rather impatient in answering our questions. |

Hotel staffs were very helpful with my wheelchair bounded uncle. They smile everytime i see them. On the day of departure, we were having lunch abt 4 shop units away when our transport came 15 minutes earlier. One staff came looking for us to inform us. Hotel staffs speaks good english. At least, from those i spoke to. The lift. Those staying at level 6 and below had to go to ground floor and change to another lift to go to level 15 for breakfast. Lift stops at level 14 so my wheelchair uncle had to be carried up to level 15. Restaurant staffs helped. A little far to Jordan station, considering i had 8 senior citizens above 60 including a wheelchair and a walking stick among them. Took 15 mins instead of the normal 5 minutes. |

The service is good, and the location also is good. if you can booking a good price, maybe here is your best choice for you business trip. The breakfast is limited, need more choice. |

Proactive staff who ask if we needed help with transport to airport. Nearby to amenities, starbucks, 7-eleven is just downstairs. Jordon MTR is a few minutes away. |

stayed for 6 nights and that was fine. Nice room on the 9th floor.then stayed for one night some 10 days later.This room on the 12th floor was inferior though we paid more. On this 2nd stay for 1 night we had to ask to go into the intenet lounge even though it should of been standard.On going to check out in the morning there was a delay whilst the room was checked to see if we had taken from the room bar,rather than just ask, which we had not |

Nice hotel, Friendly and supportive staff, Directed to airport easily. No communication problems. Rapid check in. Check in is 15:00 hrs, not good. When we arrived, only one lift working. |

Price and location were great. Was easy to move around. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Did have a small issue at the start (two beds instead of one) but was quickly resolved :) Breakfeast was too much of the same. More variety would be great. |

Very close to all transport, a 5 min walk to Temple st markets, big room at a low price including breakfast. A cheap quick bus ride to the Star Ferry to Hong Kong island. This is a great location to great Chinese restuarants and even Maccas if you miss it! Not really, but if you have stayed here a few years ago you will have noticed it has moved a few doors down and a Novotel is now where Nathan used to be?? |
