Staff were outstanding! very helpful and always friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choice. It was great having the Nathan Lounge to check email etc. Also a great location in bustling Kowloon! |

location location location Found it hard to believe it was a four star hotel..was more like a 3 in my eyes. the room was smaller than extected..nowhere near the 19m2 - 23m2 as advertised |

For HK references spacious rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable close to the metro, some 15 min walk to the ferry and perfectly centrally located in between shopping and market district. From airport to Hotel: take bus 21A, cost some HK$ 30 and takes 45 min after rush hour. Def Very friendly and helpful waiters serve the most horrible coffee at breakfast. |

Nathan Hotel was located nicely in central Kowloon and it was very convenient for shopping and food. The buffet breakfast at the hotel did not offer much food selection and was traditionally Western style. Should have more Asian style food selection. |

The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I particularly appreciate the effort by one of the hotel staff (think it's the manager) who went above and beyond to bring my family to view both a double-bed room and a twin room to let us decide which room type was more suitable for my family of 4. |

Excellent location for everything, we used the hotel as a base for hiking the 100km Maclehose trail. Several markets and lots of shops within easy walking distance. Great access to first class public transport. Very helpful friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a tasty buffet breakfast. We will stay again. |

Hotel is well placed for anything you need. Nathan road is more than colorful and include all the basic necessities. You can shopping all day long and night nearby hotel. Hotel is also near Jordan MTR subway, and it is very efficient, you can reach the Central in short time. |

The location is excellence, near to Jordan MTR and Temple street night market. The room is comfortable The staff is not so friendly, especially the waiters from the restaurant. We booked the rooms with breakfast, but they charged the children, and the breakfast is limited, it should be improved. Even the egg counter only open at 8.30a.m. |

The hotel staff were very helpful at all times and the room was very comfortable. the breakfast was also vey good. the actual bedroom was very dark and you needed the light on all the time. also a lot of raxi drivers did not seem to know where the nathan hotel was. |

The room which I stayed in, Room 1303 is big and very comfortable. Compared to the many other hotels that I have stayed in Kowloon and Hong Kong before, I like Nathan Hotel the most. The location is also excellent. The service staff at Bali Cafe on the 15th floor should be more alert during meal (Breakfast) time. I have to alert them a few times when certain category of food was running low or no longer available. |

The hotel room is quite big for Hong Kong standards. The staff are very helpful on every aspect. Room rates inclusive of daily buffet breakfast. The breakfast menu could be rotated more often as for the 6 days we had breakfast there, 80% of the time we had the same offerings. |

The staffs service and their friendly smile the morning breskfast, if it start at 7am then their service for the fried eggs should also have the service but instead they only start at 8.30am so this mean if anyone want fried eggs then all should come at 8.30am where it will be full or crowded since the cafe area is small. |
