The bali bar is fantastic. The lobby was too small and always a lot of people there , proverbly not the best when on business trip, maybe good when on holiday as it is located well for tourists. |

It was very centrally located - great for the Temple Street markets. Elaine, from the Tour Desk was especially helpful and courteous. Did not have too much to do with any other staff but overall good experience. Mattresses were exceptionally hard, but after speaking to people staying at other hotels, this may be normal in Hong Kong. |

The staff were very accommodating and the Manager was very helpful and considerate when we wanted to check in early. He even allowed us to pay for half a day for late checkout at 6pm at the original price. |

Good location. Tourist info good at hotel and helpfull staff .Gave us room on back side of hotel which we were not happy with as it faced construction area but to there credit they swapped it for room with street view no problem. Smell of smoke in some areas.Should ban smoking in hotel alltogether. |

Excellent location within easy walk of shopping,train station.Spacious room with good faciities. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell which I presume came through the airconditioning especially in the corridor but also in our room at times. |

An excellent hotel,with fantastic service,and a rich breakfast. The captain of bell boys is a very nice man from the Philippines, and a big help to us, for guideness and every info you need about everything. Thank you for a nice stay. |

Staff are courteous. Service is good. Location of the hotel is very good and I had no difficulty in moving around in public transport inspite of my being new to the place. I enjoyed our stay in Hong Kong. I would recommend Nathan Hotel to my friends visiting HK. |

Extremely helpful conceirge moved us from a small double to a large twin and provided excellent service during our 9 night stay. Good location for bus and train services. Breakfasts great. Staff friendly and rooms spotless. |

Very helpful staff, they would give you precise information and advise accordingly. Can hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms, specially while opening and closing the doors. |

convenience (handy to jordan rd MTR and night market) i asked for non-smoking and i got a smoking room. also i paid for executive room but it seemed like an ordinary room - quite pokey in fact. the nathan club rooms are the best, but they cost more. |
