Merkezi yerleşimli olması Odalarda güzel koku olmalı, eski odada rahatsız edici bir koku vardı.Sivrisinek vardı. Sinek kovucular olmalı gibi. Ypıcı eleştirm vardır. |

şehrin merkezinde yer alan ancak şehrin gürültüsünden uzak bir otel metroya çok yakın(Jordan station) bu nedenle her yere metro ile ulaşmak mümkün. sabah kahvaltısı fiyata dahil ve kahvaltı uzakdoğu için mükemmel sayılır. Aileler için mükemmel bir seçenek. |

Şehir merkezine yakın, Hongkong standartlarında iyi bir oteldi bence, çok otelde kaldım çünkü ben orda. Bence sınıfında iyi bir otel. |

mekezi olaması daha önce HK da kaldığım aynı ayardaki otellerden daha yeni ve iyi olamsı kahvaltıların daha international olması ama bu HK daki çoğu otellerde aynı problem 5 yıldızlılar hariç |

An excellent hotel,with fantastic service,and a rich breakfast. The captain of bell boys is a very nice man from the Philippines, and a big help to us, for guideness and every info you need about everything. Thank you for a nice stay. |

Extremely helpful conceirge moved us from a small double to a large twin and provided excellent service during our 9 night stay. Good location for bus and train services. Breakfasts great. Staff friendly and rooms spotless. |

Very helpful staff, they would give you precise information and advise accordingly. Can hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms, specially while opening and closing the doors. |

convenience (handy to jordan rd MTR and night market) i asked for non-smoking and i got a smoking room. also i paid for executive room but it seemed like an ordinary room - quite pokey in fact. the nathan club rooms are the best, but they cost more. |

booked for six nights. after the first night, complaint that the room didn't meet my expectation. hotel up-grade to a larger clean room for the rest of my staying. my first night room was small and with lot of repairs patches on the bathroom walls. I picked this hotel because I thought all rooms have been completely remodeled. |

Location is outstanding, as is the Penthouse Restaurant. Responsive Ac, which seems to be more placebo than actual temperature control in some comparable places. Excellent for a short stay (one night) like ours . The room on the supposedly special "Nathan floor" was small for a 4-star hotel, the bathroom cramped; and there were no instructions, printed or on screen, about how to access internet on the computer terminal there--which I was unable to use. (Maybe wifi works, but I didn't think I needed to try it the one night we were there.) |

Front desk staff upgraded my sister and my room to a bigger and connecting room. Restaurant Staff/Manager English was terrible and rude. Front desk staff was also extremely rude. |

The Nathan floor rooms were excellent and good value for money. Location is great: nearby Temple Street and short walk to Jordan MTR station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. There was wifi available in the Nathan floor, but didn't work very well. On the other hand, there was ethernet cable in the room. The bed was a little bit short. |

Very nice and friendly staff. Good location. Nice buffetbreakfast, specially the "Mr Omelet Wizard". We had new Nathan Grand room, it was nice and spacious with big lcd TV 42", DVD, 2.1 surraund speakers you can plug in your MP3 player and very big king bed. We spent there 11 nights and were happy all the time. Lounge room was quite small and there were lots of magazines, news papers, small tv, some juices and coffemachine and that's about it. There were 2 computers quite ok, but you could not see all websites because of the old software. The staff did not understand this problem when we tried few times to ask them to uppdate the computers. (for example flash player) |
