kahvaltıyı geliştirmeleri gerekiyor, kahvaltı çeşitleri özellikle de peynir ve reçel çeşitleri çok kısıtlı. 1 çeşit peynir, 2 çeşit de reçel var.

Daha once hong kong a gittiğimde farklı otelde kalıyordum,Memnun kalmadığım için değiştirmiştim.İyiki değiştirmişim .Şehir merkezinde olması,çok temiz olması,fiyatına göre hizmetinin super olması beğendiğim özellikler diyebilirim.

şehrin merkezinde yer alan ancak şehrin gürültüsünden uzak bir otel metroya çok yakın(Jordan station) bu nedenle her yere metro ile ulaşmak mümkün. sabah kahvaltısı fiyata dahil ve kahvaltı uzakdoğu için mükemmel sayılır. Aileler için mükemmel bir seçenek.

Şehir merkezine yakın, Hongkong standartlarında iyi bir oteldi bence, çok otelde kaldım çünkü ben orda. Bence sınıfında iyi bir otel.

Great location close to MTR Jordan station & markets. Hotel clean and comfortable.

Always had problems with beakfast due to the lack of staff.

Friendly staff, nice bar at the top. Got a free upgrade which was great. Highly recommend. The staff were always helpful. Bus stop,train etc 2- 5min walk.:). Room was upgraded to delux?? - wow beautiful, spacious, huge bed. Sofa, automated lighting.

Breakfast was great but then got a bit boreing after three days (same food). That is normal I guess for most buffet breakfasts. No room coffee/tea facilities, not available - luckily starbucks is down stairs.

Not a lot of wardrobe space!

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and made every effort communicate and to understand our requests.

It would help to mention how/where room comfort level is controlled - by an air-conditioning control unit attached to the bedside telephone. In many years of travel, we have never encountered such a system.

We had to wait for over 2 hours at the reception to be allocated our room.

The staff were helpful and a good range of choices for breakfast.

We felt cheated despite having proper booking confirmation for two adjoining executive rooms which were not alloted on arrival and please note that we were travelling with two young children & so we had booked two executive rooms to have a comfortable stay,& we were extremely dissappointed with your front office management which were 705 & 711.711 was actually no bigger than a broom closet.Only after repeated request,one room was alloted the next day,ie 1307,in place of 711.This separation caused undue stress on us,since we always had to run up & down.We may not ever recommend your hotel to anyone we know & would like many to know of our experience,unlike Hotel cosmopolitan,in Hongkong,where we had an excellent & memerable stay.
