Location is near the MTR and ferry.

Lift is at the back so you'll get to see some dirty areas.

The guesthouse are clean and cheap. Steven (the owner) and his staff can help you almost 24 hours because he lives next door.

We stayed at New Yan Yan Guesthouse. But it doen't look new at all. Maybe because of the building (Chungking Mansion) is old and dirty. The next day we moved to other guesthouse just next door in Mirador Mansion. I would reccomend the gusethouses in Mirador Mansion. Because it's cleaner and the athmosphere seems more safer and quiet.

The host spoke enough English and was the most helpful sole. Free water and even a scale to weight suitcase. Centrally located good value for money. After the shock of how small the rooms were, but i found out later that is the norm.

Good for the price The double bed are quite small by the way, asian size more than american hehe.

Very small room, but you get what you pay for. Hong Kong, Chunking Mension... Ignore the first floor and walk straight to your elevator, first time don't be too shy to ask them where is your elevetor, they will realize you already have booked and show you the way.

Located in the Chungking Mansions makes it in a very handy part of town ,handy to buses,MTR, Star Ferries,restaurants,shopping etc etc..you get what you pay for, clean, tidy, friendly staff..but small size rooms. have stayed there twice now.

Block E needs more directions and signage.

This guesthouse has been recently refurbished!! Very clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Free, high speed wifi. Excellent value for money! Would recommend to others and will definitely stay here again.

Great position and kind staff. Worth the money

Staff was very friendly! When we were not allowed to enter Philippines, Steven let us come back to hotel at 3 AM at night. Clean rooms, bigger than in other guesthouses..everything was super! Would definately stay there again!

great location for the purpose of my trip and good value for money

too expensive, cost 500 HKD, although it is new year, but the room doesn't worth it...

There are no toiletries free....

Very bad hotel! Very dirty, and also with cockroaches. The room too small, and dirty, and smell very bad. And in midnight smells food cooking. Horrible experience!

Location is number 1. Nobody should complain because this is the cheapest you can get a place to stay in Hong Kong. A bed and private shower, toilet is what you need.

Everything is fine with this pricing.
