Close to train station, shopping malls, Accessible. Very small room. Very small shower room. Shower is not installed properly and hot and cold water is not easy to adjust. Poor wi-fi connection. |

it is located in the center near the ferry and musea. small room and bathroom, toilet didn't work, elevator is very slow (takes you at least 15 minutes to get down), i did'nt fit in my bed, hard bed, no view, noisy ventilators, bad ambiance outside the hotel. |

the owner/receptionist was not approachable. The two staff are very helpful and kind. We didn't like the owner/receptionist. The family room is still too small for 2 adults and 2 children. the room is much smaller compared to other similar type of accommodation around the vicinity and the rate is much higher compared to where we transferred. |

The guest house is located next to the MRT station Tsim Sha Tsui and various bus stops which makes travel in Hong Kong very easy. Good value for your money. Great, friendly staff who are very helpful. Entrance through lifts that are small, which causes long queuing time in the morning and evening.. |

actually i had a bad experience in hotel i made booking since october then i follow up them through email & call prior to my arrival in December unfurtunately during the day of my arrival was informed my credit card is not correct.. surprisingly cause during my online booking they accept it Wow what a miss w/ the management |

Good Location, cheap rates, Clean but too small for a Couple or a family to stay. Entrance thru a lift which is too small to cater to visisting guests and their belongings. It accessibility to almost all luxury shops, tourist attractions, bus/ferry/taxi/mtr terminals..... the room is okay for tourists...., since you don't need to stay in your room the whole day, because you are focused to explore the place.... its location...... so many touters at the vicinity that might frightened first-time visitors and will have second thoughts of staying at the NIGH...... |

I did not like the hotel. The lift is very very small, pack, and the guest house looks like a cage to me. Pls remove this hotel from your booking.com, otherwise it will affects your reputation of providing quality and value for money accomodation. |

Free wifi. Location is good and the manager is very friendly and helpful. Only one lift servicing the hostel which is on the 11th floor. Also the number of touts down in the reception area is a bit off putting at first, especially after a long haul flight. |
