工作交通方便，价钱也不是很贵，而且有日本工作人员

关于酒店网线服务可否有所改善或则更加人性化。在入住期间7天之间，按照酒店规定网线只认IP号码，所以在入住期间2个人————本可以用一根网线，2台电脑更换着用的，并没有打算2人同时上网的，但是因为电脑IP不同，只好付2个人的费用，但当时我夫妻同时又另外购买了两台新电脑，没办法IP不同，又只好再次付费。这样增加很多费用。

职员服务态度热心友善，房间大，浴室大。

酒店设备略显陈旧。

用VISA卡支付的酒店保证金需要在CHECK OUT之后的15天后才能退回，感觉时间有点长，并且酒店在这之前没有告知，希望是否可以改进一下

Excellent Service & very good position.

This stay was for our 20th anniversary and although the staff did not know we were treated very well from the moment we arrived we were treated with the upmost respect, nothing was too much trouble, the hotel was lovely, well situated just a few minutes from the MTR and close to bars and restaurants ( although these were expensive). The view from our room was magnificent and the maid service exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and suggest that from observation with the staff you get what you give, we noted that some guests were rude to the staff and they were much less helpful.

Efficiency of personnel; fresh fruit and ice in the room every day.

Internet connexion expensive

It was OK really, nothing special though, the hotel is huge, the services is acceptable, the view is nothing to write home about.

The toilet was awful, it kept refilling constantly with hot water! Also there are building works in the hotel at the moment something they conspicuously fail to mention until you get there.

We were put in a harbour view room on the 14th floor and were well looked after by the concierge staff. Not many from the West: most were Japanese parties who appeared to love the Japanese food on offer.
