工作交通方便，价钱也不是很贵，而且有日本工作人员 关于酒店网线服务可否有所改善或则更加人性化。在入住期间7天之间，按照酒店规定网线只认IP号码，所以在- 入住期间2个人————本可以用一根网线，2台电脑更换着用的，并没有打算2人同时上网的，但是因为电脑I- P不同，只好付2个人的费用，但当时我夫妻同时又另外购买了两台新电脑，没办法IP不同，又只好再次付费。- 这样增加很多费用。 |

用VISA卡支付的酒店保证金需要在CHECK OUT之后的15天后才能退回，感觉时间有点长，并且酒店在这之前没有告知，希望是否可以改进一下 |

旅遊各國，還是第一次出現酒店櫃檯職員竟然告知使用VISA的combine晶片提款與信用卡無法取得預授- 權，這家酒店的收款系統實在令人不敢恭維。 |

Rooms were very roomy, bathroom had bath and separate shower. Free water bottles replenished every day and ice in the evenings. A very early checkin wasn't a problem for them to accomodate-very helpful. Beds were very hard and a soft underlay would be a good idea - although had no trouble sleeping. |

The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. We got upgrade to 10 floor with garden view which I do not mind; I went out all day shopping. I got fresh fruits and newspaper everyday which I am very happy about that. The airport free shuttle took us from the hotel to Kowloon station which was very convenient. The hotel free shuttle bus took us to the shopping malls was great. Hotel internet is too expensive and other hotel is free. We purchased pccw internet card at 7 Eleven only cost hkd 20 for 24 hours, and you can get it online hkd 25 for a week or longer.? You could use at Starbuck only 2 block away from the hotel or at hotel bar and many other locations. |

Location is good. Connection with town by hotel's car is very good. Restoran is good but needs some more internation food. The room was nor with the full harbour view. It was half, what we didn't expecte. |

Friendly and helpful reception, nice rooms and friendly staff generally. Views from the Sky Bar are spectacular. Many hotels now provide free internet access so $120HK is excessive for 24 hours. |

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We where upgraded to a suite with a magnificant view...an incredible experience! Additional costs not included in the room booking are exteremely expensive i.e, internet acces and breakfeast. |

I enjoyed the views from my room. I liked the location. The breakfast was excellent. The carpets in the hotel need to be replaced. There is an odour associated with them and it is the first thing I noticed upon arrival. |
