Was given a smoking room without being asked what I wanted. Smelt bad

Excellent location

We paid for club level, worst club level ever! Afternoon tea was a couple of small cakes. Cocktail area was lacking loads of essential ingredients. Breakfast was poor quality

This is the first time since many stays in hk and China that I've got to pay for internet in the room. Rooms are very small No value for money Fletcher Hotel just around the corner is mutch better.

The room was clean, functional, well appointed, good size, well planned out, nice little thoughts such as iron/ironing board, generally very well pleased

Free wi-fi would be a nice touch but I am not really complaining, also HK 6 dollars to make a local call, never had to pay that before on my many visits to HK

Got an upgrade and the room was huge in Hong Kong terms

Staff are aggressive Internet only in lobby which has few chairs and you need voucher every 3 hours

Good location, nicely decorated and clean.

The premier lounge facitilies were good to have somewhere to relax away from the room but without feeling like you were in a large hotel.

The pool are is lacking in a spa pool - the outdoor pool was very cold so we only used it once but if there was a spa pool that could be used after then we would have made much more use of this facility (having a pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel) saunas are available but are in the separate sex changing rooms so could not be together to use (couple travelling).

Good for the room space, the design of desk and light are fine for dealing business. The traffic is convenient, especially there has the shuttle bus to airport station which is quite good for traveling. The lobby design is modern and comfortable.

Housing keeping need to improve. The double bed is small for two adults. The pillow is not very comfortable.

Close to entertainment area, although not suitable for wife. Executive lounge was satisfactory.

Transport to and from Airport express bad due to traffic jams at peak hours. Generally transport not good unless you wish to walk.

Very reasonable with excellent facilities and brilliant staff. Great location.

I always seem to have a problem with novotel century I am a member of accor Hotels, I can not get my free night at this Hotel, I normanly stay at this hotel two times a year, I think this is the last time I will renew my membership, It is not worth the troubles, plus your prices are higher than the agents like Book.com, why the hell shoud I bother? Good location for travellers since it is near the MTR station. Helpful house keeping staff also.

The room is not clean enough and no slippers at all.
