The staff are nice.

Very bad housekeeping. The room wasn't clean properly (hair on the floor etc). Also, I requested non-smoking room, however, the room I checked in had terrible smell!! Very disappointed!!

Good situated, exelent staff, nice restaurants inside hotel.

Pay for wifi

The hotel room is great and very comfortable. It is convenient as it is located in the business district and shopping areas.

Just one incident that the staff gave wrong information that i missed my flight. Other than that, i am fine coming back to stay at this hotel.

very bad, rude staff.... insane

The Staff at the check-in counter was very bad manner. He treated us as bad citizens from 3rd world country. We already paid for the hotel fees online. He still asked for deposit. After we checked in, they came in and lock our frige and took away the ethernet cable. What in the world! How can you treat someone like that? Not to mention we already paid and had deposit!!

24 hour gym, convenience to MTR

pool was not heated if so it wasn't heated enough and the change room area seemed old and was very small and not the cleanest. the rooms were quite cramped and had no dresser mirror. I paid the same price for Novotel in Queenstown- New Zealand and it was so spacious, they even gave us a room with 2 double beds and bath.

the rate was a bite expensive, if the rate will be a little bite low it would be great! Since its also near business district.

It's fantastic. Convenient and easy to travel around shopping areas and also good for business trips. Staff and hotel services are excellent. Room is very comfortable and clean. I would love to go back and stay at the hotel again.

The general ambience of the hotel was good, and the rooms and interior of a high standard!

There satellite tv channels were v limited and they didn't offer free wifi which is generally offered at most hotels now.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located. I attended a show at the convention center and it was convenient to use the skywalk just outside of the hotel to get there, especially as it rained for 2 days straight. The staff was professional and friendly and the room was very comfortable.

The gym is far too small, old carpet, not very modern or comfortable. Some machines are old, needing replacement with new machines. Gym towels for the sporting guests are far too small and seem to need replacement. Another idea could be to leave the management of the gym over to a professional gym management company as seen in many other hotels (for example Clark Hatch)
