住的楼层比较新,应该是新装修过的,房间很舒服,服务员安排了一个能看到海景的房间,电视很大,SONY的BRAVIA,床也很舒服,卫生间很干净.就是房价快赶上五星了. 信用卡的预授权退得有点慢,没有及时退,说是要等. |

The general ambience of the hotel was good, and the rooms and interior of a high standard! There satellite tv channels were v limited and they didn't offer free wifi which is generally offered at most hotels now. |

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located. I attended a show at the convention center and it was convenient to use the skywalk just outside of the hotel to get there, especially as it rained for 2 days straight. The staff was professional and friendly and the room was very comfortable. |

When they found that I wasn't in their system, they gave me the same price for an upgraded room (actually, it was a suite). I was impressed. |

location near to convention centre The gym is far too small, old carpet, not very modern or comfortable. Some machines are old, needing replacement with new machines. Gym towels for the sporting guests are far too small and seem to need replacement. Another idea could be to leave the management of the gym over to a professional gym management company as seen in many other hotels (for example Clark Hatch) |

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und guter Ausgangspunkt um Hong Kong zu besuchen. Abends sind die Locations der Partymeile per Fuß zu erreichen, Frühstück war in Ordnung, Zimmer einwandfrei. Internetzugang war nur zum Preis von etwa 10€ für 24h zugänglich. Dies kenne ich in Asien bisher nicht und sollte bei einem Zimmerpreis von rund 140€ beinhaltet sein. |
