The hotel staff were very helpful at all times. The room was very clean, and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was excellent, and agin the staff were very attentive. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient and very convenient. Top marks for my choice of hotel in Hong Kong. |

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very convenient for a one-night stopover in Hong Kong, and being attached to a large mall gave eating and shopping opportunities nearby. The staff were extremely helpful, and we enjoyed the facilities on the Executive floor, which we upgraded to. We would definitely stay there for future stopovers. |

The hotel was an excellent choice as it was close to the airport with quick access to the city. The hotel was quite soundproof to the outside but we suffered frequent toilet flushing or shower running noise from other rooms during the night. |

It was spotlessly clean, the spa facilities near the hotel were excellent and the food in the hotel restaurants was good. It is very good value for money. Waiting for a room for an hour after a 12 hours flight - but then I did arrive at approx 8.00am. No breakfast available until 6.30am - not convenient for people taking early morning flights. |

the hotel was average in all, nothing speacial. well, i did not like the shower area and the toilet to be part of the room. this was unhealthy and annoying. whose idea idea was this????????guys go find a real solution to this issue!by the it looks good the first houres but once you start using the room and the toilet, !!!!!!!!!! |

The conmort and so convenient, close to the airport, I was able to buy a change of clothing from the outlets without having to go to town. I wan on a 24 hr transit so it was very convenient. Much better than the airport hotels in Dubai. Would it be possibel to have a comd as part of the little things you have near the wash basin, they have that inmost big hotels. That would be nice. My style of hairbrush and comb would not be allowed to be carried as art of the carry on luggage. And also a disposable razor would be nice, these are things they do not allow us to carry anymore. |

Had to wait 40 mins to check in, then was told as the hotel was full i could only have a single bed, not what i paid for, then i was then stuck in a smoking room, i am a non smoker, I went back down to reception to complain about the smell in my room, it then took another 40 mins fro me be sorted into another room which then had two single beds. after being awake for twenty four hours i was tried and far from impressed by the service i recieved. i will not recommend this hotel |

My room was facing the seaview, therefore I felt very relaxed looking out of the windows. The conceirge at the hotel was not that efficient. |

The courtesy bus to and from the airport was a great attraction to us as we were stopping over on a long international flight from Australia to the UK. Unfortunately, the room provided was a smoking room in contradiction to the booking request of non-smoking. |

Great for a short stopover as there is a shuttle bus from the airport and it only takes 5 minutes. I was allowed a late checkout too since I had a late flight. |

We really enjoyed staying in the Lantau Island area a bit less busy than Kowloon or HK island but still convenient as the hotel sits right near the MTR station. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall and only 5 minutes to the Hong Kong airport plus the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport. We would recommend staying at this hotel. Good service, friendly staff and decent prices. We checked several internet booking agents and got the best deal using booking.com. |
