The hotel was quiet easy to get to a little more information about check in would be helpful room not cleaned to high standard let the room down, offer clothes pressing but the time scale is makes it impracticable for any one but long term quests |

The hotel is conveniently located near Hong Kong Airport the rooms are beatifula and comfortable. It is next to a big mall for shopping and great if you have a short stay in Hong Kong. |

Good location- shuttle bus to airport is very efficient and convinient to be next to mall. The hotel room is very comfortable with ammenities- coffee/ tea, lobes etc. It took for a while to check in & out. |

We were very comfortable during our stay at Novotel Citygate. We truly enjoyed ourselves staying at Novotel. The Citygate outlets was a great added feature and the location is outstanding - MTR right beside the hotel and near HK Disneyland. We encounter a minor blip during our stay when we lost my wife's passport - the hotel manager Jacky Yip was very helpful we cannot thank him enough. To all future HK travelers they should consider Novotel Citygate on one the top hotel of their choice. |

we up graded to an executive suit for only 275hkd and was well worth it! we had a night flight and didn't need to check out til 4pm also included was buffet breakfast for two,which was really nice,lots of choice and also got complimentary afternoon tea.The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you and made such a fuss of our 10 month old son which was lovely.All in all a great hotel and would stay there again without a doubt! |

We used the hotel during a 3 day stop-over and found its proximity to the airport very convenient. Also the MTR connection for trips into the city was useful. |

I booked in as i had just come from a 12.30 hr flight...the hotel did everything in its power to ensure the utmost of comfort and ease. The breakfast was sensational and the staff were more than accomodating.The room offered everything a person could need or want from a hotel. |

Sleek hotel very close to the airport, some 20-25 minutes away from the city centre. A haven for oulet shoppers during a stopover as it is litteraly blending over into a major outlet shopping mall. Posh rooms with an ingeneous bathroom design, only downside was the strange toilet smell when entering the room. After about 2 minutes you didn't notice it anymore, but still. Otherwise no complaints. Recommended |
