A luxury hotel near to excellent shops and facilities including the airport.Staff were helpful and friendly, and a meal in the restaurant was also excellent. One could not find fault with the whole experience. |

Liked the design of the rooms and the views. Swimming pool looked nice but was closed for winter (even though it was 25 degrees). Very handy for train station, cable car and airport. The bedroom furniture looked worn. |

We just stayed one night but it is one of the best hotels we know. Good comfort, nice buffet breakfast, easy checkin, check out. Room decoration: a little bit to modern/abstract that borders on the ugly. The gymnasium: not enough machines. They should go and see the gymnasium at the Marriott nearby. |

We got upgraded to the executive floor and the room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the design of the room was very modern and sleek. Very convenient for a short stopover in Hong Kong - direct access into an outlet shopping mall as well as walking distance to the Ngong Ping cable cars. Staff were reasonable, but not overly friendly. It's quite a distance from the action, so I would only recommend this hotel for a short stopover purely based on its location. |

We moves to this hotel from Kowloon one day before departure from Hong Kong to spare early getting up due to the early flight. The location of the hotel is great for visiting The Sitting Buddha as well as shopping at the Citygate Outlets. |

Conveniently located accomodation for air travelers at fairly reasonable cost. Good connections to the airport. I booked the room on internet. When paying the bill, I was presented an additional 10 per cent room charge. This additional cost was not shown on the initial price for the room, but was written separately at the end of the booking confirmation. I would prefer that this additional cost is included in the initial room price. I have played enough hide-and-seeks as a kid. |

since we were only staying there for the convinence of our transit flight early in the morning, we found this hotel very relaxing and surpisely very good restaurant. it's also connecting to the biggest city outlet mall in hk where we could find some good local restaurants as well as some good shopping. we enjoyed our stay there and would like to do it again. i think Novetel is good for the "airport hotel" grade. thanks |

The bed....so comfortable, clealiness, quiet, close to airport, the decor, they offer a pretty good buffet each night! Tung Chung is not in the city centre but with the subway station just around the corner...you can hop on & be in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon in about 20 mins...so it's very accessible!! |

The room was relatively spacious and had a large Plasma TV. The staff wrote a personalised welcome note that appeared on the TV screen when we turned it on, a nice touch. The first shuttle to the airport was at 6am and was a quick (less) than 10min ride. Eventhough the shower is equipped with two different heads (one lotus like type for rain drops relaxation) there is nowhere to place our clothes inside of the shower without getting them wet, they have to be placed outside the shower... meanwhile the water would accumulate on the floor in front of the door, because the 2nd shower head could not be oriented properly. |

I liked the proximity to the airport and was impressed with the layout of the room. The bed afforded a great night of sleep. The upgrade to the business floors was worth it, as it covered free wifi, free breakfast and enough free snacks in the evening to make a lite substitute for supper. I had to wait quite long for pick up at the airport. |

Disappointing. great design and amenities. Terrible service. Your doorman could not even direct us to the elevator! Twice! The reception staff were ice cold, profwssional and cold. The room service was timely and the food so-so. the carbonara needs work and the brulee was way off base. The breakfast buffet was cold, the scrambled eggs were literally cold, so was the bacon and sausage. By the way why no yogurt? I assumed a Swiss hotel would have it. I was glad to leave. The shuttle was great. |

Convenient airport shuttle service. Some rooms have no bath tube but floor tiles instead. Shower head angle adjustment requires high IQ. |
