Staff not well trained, bad organization, none care the guests, 10 guests waiting for check in and only one counter open and other 5 staff standing, playing and joking nearby, no any manager on duty, only after strong complaining from guests they opened second counter

The situation close to airport for one night stopover to sleep before continuing international travel. But Accor brand hotel is not suitable for those in wheelchairs!

We booked room for person in wheelchair and access to toilet in room was blocked by heavy wooden door on bathroom. Plus shower had a step down into it so this was not a room for the disabled by international standards. Another couple with husband in wheelchair also had the same problems. We have found that Accor brand hotels do not cater for those with disabilities nor do they train their staff for what is required. We brought a junior manager to our room and made him try to get into the bathroom in my wheelchair and he realised immediately the huge problem of access!

Very modern & spacious

Extremely cold! Air-con at 26c still didnt help. Strange lighting switches - not very logical. Staff were efficient but not friendly at all. Chinese Buffet restaurant had pretty low quality food

I love the design and comfort of this hotel. It is located very close to the airport which was the determining factor for this stay.

The hotel charges extra for Wi-Fi access which is extremely annoying considering the price for the stay and the fact that we selected an upgraded room. I would probably opt for a different hotel based on this factor alone. It's simply insulting.

After 01:00 AM, not possible to reach the hotel from shopping mall.

Room was great, very comfortable and clean. Also so quiet, I slept great.

For me it was too expensive, I paid 200 Cdn dollars to sleep for 9 hours, everything in the mini bar was expensive by Cdn standards.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Novotel because it was very near the outlet mall where we find very low priced clothes. It has a food court also with variety of choices and very accessible to the MTR. The hotel was very clean also specially the bathroom.

excellent for disneyland. its not in the city and take 20 -30 mins to get to popular sights, some a bit longer. good for the budha. On top of shopping outlet but there not as cheap as you would think if coming from uk. poolside staff were very good and helpful. good supermarket in mall if you want to make up a picnic

staff communication with each other very poor for this standard hotel. they could not find my email confirming reservation of extra nights booking and we asked to remove foldaway bed and this was not recorded on bill. they kept asking who we spoke to. food was very expensive and choices although wide if you go into shopping mall quality very mediocre.

The hotel is located inside the citygate outlet and has a free shuttle to the airport.
