Novotel Citygate Hong Kong  

Olimme vain yhden yön ja jatkoimme matkaa, siihen tarkoitukseen hotelli toimi erinomaisesti. Isoon ostoskeskukseen pääsi suoraan hotellista. Shuttelservice kentältä ja kentälle oli kätevä. Maisemat ikkunasta olivat avarat ja sisustuksessa oli kiva moderni ote. Menisimme toistekin.

The location is perfect for transiting passengers who need extended break before continuing with further long flights. We have been staying at the hotel especially when we were heading to places requiring winter clothings. We will pack up our coats and other requirements (which are not available in our country) from the tung chung shopping centers.

Modern,clean and cozy room..hotel provide shuttle bus to Airport with every 15 mins is very convenience.

Great location for early morning transfer to airport. Good to visit the Buda and also some shopping to pass away spare time. Lovely comfortable room.

Like the location, food & shopping around the Tung Chung area.

1. Should be more flexible with the check out timing. 2. Should have more friendly staffs.

It's very near to the airport while the hotel has lots of facilities nearby. Airport Shuttle is free. Shopping centre is just next door. It's walking distance to cable car station to Ngong Ping 360. It's a definitely better choice if we'd like to go to Hongkong Disneyland.

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to thank the staff at the hotel for their efficient help when I left my handbag in the foyer on my departure from Hong Kong. A phone call from a Qantas staff member at the airport resulted in prompt action by your reception staff to locate the handbag and have it sent to the airport on the next bus. Please convey my most sincere thanks to everyone involved in his unfortunate and worrying incident, including the bus driver and the girl who delivered the bag to me. The hotel was better than I expected. I really appreciated Fanny's immediate e-mailed reply to my request for information concerning whether I needed to contact Novotel for shuttel service on arrival at Hong Kong Airport. I suggest that you advise new arrivals at your Hotel (especially as they enter their darkened room), that entire room lighting depends on their door key being properly inserted into wall asconvenietly indicated by a small red light... I would have saved my having to return to reception desk for information...

See note above. I see that I was given a Standard Double Room when I needed only a single. Also the bill showed "2" persons using the holtel while it should have been "1".

Room not available before 14 pm, dining room not very cosy

It was attached to a shopping mall and it was very close to the gondola up to the Big Buddha. Also it was a 5 min ride from the airport.

Big rooms on executive floors

No spa in hotel, only in mall near

Nice location for air travellers with good airport shuttle. Interesting room design.

Every hotel that charges extra for the internet gets my thumbs down.
