great hotel for overnight stay for long haul flight. greatgym

Room was great, very comfortable and clean. Also so quiet, I slept great.

For me it was too expensive, I paid 200 Cdn dollars to sleep for 9 hours, everything in the mini bar was expensive by Cdn standards.

Almost everything except the price.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Novotel because it was very near the outlet mall where we find very low priced clothes. It has a food court also with variety of choices and very accessible to the MTR. The hotel was very clean also specially the bathroom.

excellent for disneyland. its not in the city and take 20 -30 mins to get to popular sights, some a bit longer. good for the budha. On top of shopping outlet but there not as cheap as you would think if coming from uk. poolside staff were very good and helpful. good supermarket in mall if you want to make up a picnic

staff communication with each other very poor for this standard hotel. they could not find my email confirming reservation of extra nights booking and we asked to remove foldaway bed and this was not recorded on bill. they kept asking who we spoke to. food was very expensive and choices although wide if you go into shopping mall quality very mediocre.

The hotel is located inside the citygate outlet and has a free shuttle to the airport.

We were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade for our 1 night stay on our way back home. The room was nice. Location was perfect for a 1 day stay near the airport and enough shops and sights to keep us amused for the 1 day stop over.

we didnt get any of the other "perks" of the upgrade, like the free snacks, tea, coffee and wifi.

Close to airport, free shuttle service, shopping, friendly staff...

Too many ppl from Mainland China with suitcases go shopping...

every thing was in order and no place to coment.

Location to hkg airport. Clean, well designed rooms. Free Shuttle to/from hkg Airport.

Internet Charge for in-room use. For the price of the hotel, do they really need to charge an extra fee for the use of the internet in the rooms?

Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. They hotel staff were also very apologetic towards to bad experience I received at the airport.

shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel did not run every 15 minutes! Staff who managed the shuttle bus at the airport were very unprofessional and the customer service was extremely poor! Very Dissatisfied to wait 40 minutes at the airport for the staff to arrange the shuttle bus!

Location and amenities were very convenient for the purpose of my trip. Returning again on the 16th of this month and looking forward to it.
