Localização perfeita - junto ao aeroporto, a um outlet, a uma estação de metrô e ao acesso ao Buda Gigante de Lantau. Os carpetes de nosso andar continham cheiro forte e provocaram alergia em toda a família. |

The courtesy bus to and from the airport was a great attraction to us as we were stopping over on a long international flight from Australia to the UK. Unfortunately, the room provided was a smoking room in contradiction to the booking request of non-smoking. |

We really enjoyed staying in the Lantau Island area a bit less busy than Kowloon or HK island but still convenient as the hotel sits right near the MTR station. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall and only 5 minutes to the Hong Kong airport plus the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport. We would recommend staying at this hotel. Good service, friendly staff and decent prices. We checked several internet booking agents and got the best deal using booking.com. |

Nothing was a problem with the hotel. Staff very helpful even with very early check out. Fantastic access to public transport in easy reach. Shopping on the doorstep literally. cable car to m,onastery a must even just for views of the airport!can't wait to come back |

I love this hotel- I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. The room is very comfortable especially the bed where you will get the sleep of your life. The food at the hotel is exceptional and this extends to the room service which is superior to many places I've stayed in Asia. |

very good to use this hotel when travelling from Europe to Australia while you want to make a stopover in Hong Kong. Free transfer from airport to hotel (15 mins from airport|). Good located at the start at the cableway to thig big budda and also good located at the (cheap)metro to the city of Hong Kong |

The hotel was very near the airport. The service was great and the room was very nice. It had a flat screen tv with plenty of channels, complimentary bottled water. When I arrived FIFa world cup was on, there is a bar downstairs and they had a big screen out and everyone was watching the game No free internet but you normally have to pay for internet in Hong Kong |

Our stay at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong was comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed our short stay. Toileteries/bathrobes that are normally part of an international hotel are not provided and some comes with charge which is quite unusual. Sealed windows are to be totally avoided and one could not even enjoy the natural breeze in this serene settings. |
