Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon

Location location location, it's everything you can look for.Close to Jordan Station,Temple street,TST and Mongkok area. Glad there was a 711 store right infront of the hotel and also an Exchange shop.It was hard to find Halal food but since Mcdonalds was a few minutes away it was our rescuer when we were looking for fish burger at night.The rooms has a modern design and really as good as new. We stayed in an executive room, The space was fine not that big but OK for two adults and 2 children (They added a rollaway bed free of charge which was great).Friendly staff and really fast service from room service to house keeping.The breakfast was great different choices and Muslims can find several things to eat.

Every thing was quite fine although the sheets weren't changed as often,they had a note about changing sheets every 2 or 3 days but I expected them to change it when they had food stains since I had a baby so that was disappointing but the main thing that bothered me was they authorized my credited card before checking in and even after check out though I payed cash.Bad view better to keep the curtains closed.The premier lounge had no juice to offer.At breakfast I was just wondering why they never serve cheese?

Quiet, pleasant atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. The Hotel is well positioned for a stopover, an acceptable distance from the airport and very well placed for shopping.

Bathroom a little small, a design issue mainly due to the placement of the toilet.

The buffet dinner was really to our taste,very crowded and noisey with local people

I found the location very convenient, near the MTR, major shops, and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly.

Rate was a bit high for me.

Multi-adaptor is very useful and kind service for me.

It was inconvenient for me to use WiFi at the lobby only.Usually, WiFi should be useful everywhere.

The staff was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were able to answer any queries immediately and if they could not they got the answer very quickly. The rooms were also very good if a little small, but they were very comfortable

cleaness, nice simple decor, not too over crowded. Great location.

I like the modern design and clean room and the comfortable king size bed. It has every comfort of a 5-star hotel. The housekeeping has fast service including the room services.

It was a transit for 1 night so I guess does not treat you importantly. That is the attitude they gave me. I have been calling the hotel from the airport as to where is the intersection if I take a taxi, no one answer the front desk phone at all.
