It is clean and modern， convenience for shopping and city sightseeing

The room is very small， there is no room between two beds（we booked standard double bed room）， it the washroom is congested，no free water，no comb。

Location is very convenient hotel is downtown, and the room design is very modern, simple, comfortable, (unfortunately not with toothpaste, brushes and other essential supplies), but stay with the check-out procedures for handling relatively slow, about 20 minutes to complete the task.

The hotel is in the middle of Mong Kok and Tsum Sha Tsui area and only a couple of minutes walk to Jordan station. Easy to get around. Good for shoppers as once you get lots of stuffs, you can easily bring it back to the hotel and get out for more shopping again.

The room space is kind of small but compare to the price it is just fine.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel, especially the room were of a high standard and clean. Breakfast was most enjoyable with lots of choice.

The location of the hotel - close to the subway (MTR), eating places and shops. Good clean rooms and services were other attractions

Room size is too small - not enough leg room

Size and design of rooms was excellent for HK.Free internet was a real bonus.Closeness to MTR was also a bonus.

The reception is excellent.The staff at the counter is fantastic and the room service is very good

I think if you make your buffet breakfast more affordable or say for every 5 nights stat 1 complimentary breakfast

Location location location, it's everything you can look for.Close to Jordan Station,Temple street,TST and Mongkok area. Glad there was a 711 store right infront of the hotel and also an Exchange shop.It was hard to find Halal food but since Mcdonalds was a few minutes away it was our rescuer when we were looking for fish burger at night.The rooms has a modern design and really as good as new. We stayed in an executive room, The space was fine not that big but OK for two adults and 2 children (They added a rollaway bed free of charge which was great).Friendly staff and really fast service from room service to house keeping.The breakfast was great different choices and Muslims can find several things to eat.

Every thing was quite fine although the sheets weren't changed as often,they had a note about changing sheets every 2 or 3 days but I expected them to change it when they had food stains since I had a baby so that was disappointing but the main thing that bothered me was they authorized my credited card before checking in and even after check out though I payed cash.Bad view better to keep the curtains closed.The premier lounge had no juice to offer.At breakfast I was just wondering why they never serve cheese?
