….Good food, good hospitability and perfect location.

The Hotel staff are helpful and friendly,we like the rooms, they are clean and comfortable, pretty decent room size in Hongkong standard. It would be better if wifi is free.

Location and easy access to MTR.

No free WIFI and it's was very expensive for access

Three days in an executive room at Hotel Novotel and we were delighted. WeI must not forget the staff, they are excellent. And above all ... Great value!

The staff were all excellent. They were all professional but warm athe same time. The bathroom was very good, well set out and good size. Everything in the room worked properly..air con good, and quiet! The space behind the sliding door well designed. Main thing was the excellent service from staff, reception , concierge , everyone.

Bedroom a little small..had to move sideways between bed and cases on stand. Because all other aspects of our stay were so favorable, we were happy to accept the room size...and we be bet there are plenty of smaller rooms in hk. No pool.

In general very good accommodation. Not luxury lobby but rooms have nice design are new and clean. Good services. It's good for an european to have some western treats in Asia. Breakfast outstanding in variety and quality. I recommend the place because of a very good price ratio.

Lobby is not luxury so you dont'have the impression of quality at first. But rooms are very good.

I liked the fact you had a tour guide desk in the hotel open most of the day. Very helpful

I did not like the fact we had to pay for breakfast although the children ate for free.

Superb service. Nice and accomodating staff. The room is nice and comfortable. Can't wait to come back :)
