酒店位置非常方便，出酒店大门左转后走右手边小路去佐敦地铁站非常方便，2分钟就到了。房间现代、舒适，每- 天打扫得也非常干净。价格稍高，但尚可接受，下次会继续考虑入住。

有连通房，很适合家庭同行。但窗户打不开

酒店很新，并且有免费上网的设施。

Location was quite convenient and close to the very efficient mtr and busses.

Staff were very efficient but not very friendly. In fact the hotel was quite comfortable with good facilities but had a very "sterile" feel about it

Room was well furnished despite its size and well thought out in lay-out and design. It was very comfortable and equipped well.

Net or day curtains instead of roller blinds

Value for money, friendly staff who were willing to assist. The general hospitality shown by all staff members

The staff were at the best service and the comfort of the premier floor helped us check our mail with ease amongst the others comforts.The proximity to the rail and metro was an added advantage, however they need to improve on the variety for breakfast both continental and asain. Just to add the fragrance when you enter was just a great way to start a holiday. For those people who want to so thei shopping then novotel is recommended for it's proximity For the rest I suggest u take up a hotel in the island

Great stay. Enjoyed the hospitality of service staffs. Porters are efficient. Will stay at novotel nathan again.

There were several choices of hotels that meets my concern and requirements for my recent holiday with my family. From the very start when I browsed, Novotel Nathan was my best choice. Novotel Nathan is a minimalist, modern, very clean and has reasonable rates. It was quite a satisfaction as Novotel Nathan appears to be as it is described in the reviews I read.. I would recommend Novotel Nathan to other people.

The only disappointment was, wi-fi can only be used at the lobby and the rate was too expensive. Although they have the free ones on the I-macs but the drawback of this facility is we have to queue with other users. It was not flexible enough and not "worth-it" having to go to the lobby just to use a high-rate charged wi-fi. It was too expensive for the ability of usage at the lobby only..but yet this too was expected. For this matter, Novotel Nathan needs an improvement to compete with other hotels for their additional facility.
