Dorsett Kowloon Hotel

Rooms are really small. The Bed is only 1,80m long, way to small for an international hotel! And only 2 english television channels.

Room was clean and neat

My family wanted to take the feeder service provided by your hotel to kowloon airport express on our last day at the hotel. My bf went to ask one of your staff what time is the bus service and the interval and he replied very rudely "check yourself it''s over there." In the end because my bf did not understand the time chart, my whole family missed the feeder service. My family became pretty upset over this incident. Hotel staff at the reception can afford to be more polite and hospitable.

Privacy and service of housekeeping staff, their friendliness and smile compensates for any descrepancies. I really loved it.

Front of house staff not very friendly. Had booked for a Deluxe Double but gave me a twin bed initially but ok after complaining.

1. A few of the staff were unfriendly. 2. We were not told beforehand that we will be separately charged for making of our beds. 3. Shuttle bus-related information were not properly conveyed, resulting in us missing it thrice in our 6 days' stay. 4. Room was very small but since we didn't stay in it much, it was acceptable. Bathroom was reeeally small.

What my family and I liked in Dorsett Kowloon was only the location. It was very easy to go to the shopping areas like the ladies night market, etc.

We were not so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff as they appeared too stiff and unfriendly which gave us the feeling we were not welcomed. This was particularly true with the front desk personnel. The only consolation that we got was that the front desk staff were all knowledgeable about the different tourist spots in Hongkong including how to get there.

Staff were a bit curt, but accomodating to various requests such as exchanging currency, directions and other info.

Bed was hard, room was small, and bathroom was even smaller. Shuttle driver stopped to pick up and drop off people who were non-hotel guests.

when I wanted to extend my stay for two days they were not prepair to give me the original rate. so I had to book another hotel through your web site and move out.

Great price compared to other hotels in HK, easy to get to via MTR, clean rooms and good level of service from the staff.

Rooms are not huge by any means but unless you are willing to pay a lot of money for a hotel then this is the same everywhere. Rooms are functional and at the end of the day, how long do you actually spend in the room anyway?

I liked that even though the room was small, it was tastefully done and enhanced by room services

Would be nice if they provided water or fit a water filter in the room so guest can just drink as much water as they want.

The hotel room and bathroom were small but clean and easy to use. Good standard for HKG like we expected it. The hotel is relatively low priced compared to others. This is because of it's area (20 min. from MTR Mong Kok, ca. 15 minutes from Olympia via HSBC building). But good hotel for shopping and for exursions, easy to reach also in the evening.
