Bra läge och rummen var helt ok om än lite små. Väldigt passiv personal i receptionen, hälsade inte när man kom och gick. Vi hade beställt dubbelsäng men fick två enkelsängar . |

It was in the heart of an indigenous community and within walking distance of bus/tube stations. The staff were as good as HK staff get within their cultural limitations/boundaries. Small room, quite noisy, pay by the hour internet. No information offered on transport. Only found out by asking direct questions. |

It was very convenient for a quick out-of-China visa run as it is very accessible to main train station (Hong Hom) and coach terminus to Shenzhen airport. |

I only saw the staff briefly, but they were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I was passing through Hong Kong and it did the job. Little difficult to find. I walked from the nearest metro stop - rather hard at 6pm as HK is very busy. I got lost coming back to the hotel too.TV - perhaps some more European / UK options. Little to say I didn't like to be honest. |

Yes, the room is very small, infact too small that we did not have any space to eat but on the bed. We felt we were deceived with the pictures shown on the internet. Moreover, this hotel is difficult to find. We even got lost trying to get back to the hotel from the Mong Kok Station. |

The only thing I like is the location where it is about 10-15 mins walk to Hong Kong's famous shopping area Mong Kok. |

The staff on reception were very helpful with maps and guiding me to where I wanted to go...and the shuttle bus from train, and to shopping was an attraction for me. |

Rooms are really small. The Bed is only 1,80m long, way to small for an international hotel! And only 2 english television channels. |

is near to olympic mtr station. Dorsett Seaview Kowloon less shopping area and transportation less convenient compare to Dorsett Seaview Kowloon. I prefer Dorsett Seaview Kowloon because the hotel location is near temple street, ladies street and etc. |

Room was clean and neat My family wanted to take the feeder service provided by your hotel to kowloon airport express on our last day at the hotel. My bf went to ask one of your staff what time is the bus service and the interval and he replied very rudely "check yourself it''s over there." In the end because my bf did not understand the time chart, my whole family missed the feeder service. My family became pretty upset over this incident. Hotel staff at the reception can afford to be more polite and hospitable. |

Privacy and service of housekeeping staff, their friendliness and smile compensates for any descrepancies. I really loved it. Front of house staff not very friendly. Had booked for a Deluxe Double but gave me a twin bed initially but ok after complaining. |
