Location The smallest room I ever stayed in!!! It was so small we did not like to go back to the room so we stayed out at late as possible. If you want to sleep in a closet book this room. The bed is not a double bed, it's a big single bed my feet were touching the wall and I am not very tall 5"11 1.80m. We stayed 5 nights and I was so happy to leave!!!!! |

We booked 3 deluxe suite rooms. Two of the rooms have mattresses on the sofa bed and another one was without. We requested for one matress without incurring extra cost. One of the room's internet access point was broken but was quickly repaired within a day.Staff was kind enough to offer their business center for my internet access. Don't be deceived by the photos. The rooms look big but actually are very small and crampy, even for the deluxe-suite. The walking space is about a medium size luggage-length. No wireless. Only cable internet- access. At night, the area around the hotel can be very quiet. Distance to the Prince-Edward mtr can be quite far if you walk the wrong way. The shorter way still takes about 5mins. |

hotel is well connected to the metro railway station which is very important for the visitors to roam around the city without the help of a guide.Ladies market is very good for shopping which is also quite near to the hotel and also located at kowloon which is very convenient to reach the airport by taxi wthin no time. room is very small, conjusted, no moving space or to keep luggage , no refrigerator provided as it is very much in use by the customers who stays there. The bathroom is very small and conjusted and no free space provided neither in the room nor in the bathroom. If people are on fatter side, i will not advice them to take this hotel. No delivery boy to carry the luggage to the room which is very commonly provided in any hotel.s This is the first time i am facing this problem. |

Walking distance to markets and train station. The size and layout of the room. There was absolutely nowhere to put our luggage on the floor - we had to move furnishings around to make some sort of space. The width of the superior room is the same as the length of a double bed. We had 4 in this room, and we couldn't move. The single bed was oppposite to the bathroom door which opened into the room, there was literally cm's between the bed and the door when opened. The bathroom was basically a 1.5m triangle, which had a toilet, a vanity and shower squeezed into that space!! |

The staffs at the front desk not helpful and friendly. We book 2 rooms on 23 nov for 4 nights and had requested repeatly for rooms on same floor so we can take care of our elerly mother & kids but was given 1 room on the 6 and another on the 11th flr. Our subsequent request upon arrival was simply ignore! Also location of hotel not convenient and rather far from mtr. |

The hotel seemed fairly new and clean. The marketing materials that I've come across reflected that the hotel had minibar/fridge in its room when it did not. This is extremely misleading. Also, although the hotel is located in Kowloon, it is situated in the heart of some metal-type / light metal industry. The area becomes extremely quiet and deserted at night, would not recommend for female travelers. The hotel is a relatively long walk from the nearest MTR station (Prince Jordon) - taking the train from the airport to hotel on your own (with luggage) is not recommended. The room is also extremely cramped, especially the bathroom, where you can't even turn around without bumping into something else (basin etc). A guesthouse I've stayed in at Cambodia fares better than this. |

I liked the overall cleanliness of the hotel, the room, the bed sheets, towels etc.. The room was very small, too tight for human scale. I guess a dwarf would have felt more comfortable than me who is also not a big man- 1.65m, 60kg. |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. Although the majority of the people staying there are actually Chinese, there are some foreigners, and the staff speak English very well. The hotel has SIM cards for cell phones should you need to make a domestic or IDD call to/from Hong Kong. It's very convenient for people traveling who need a middle-priced hotel to stay in. The breakfast was pretty bad for the hotel cafeteria and the breakfast was small. |

Location. Rooms are very small and crowded. Hotel services are way below other hotels with same rate. Narrow corridors and tiny toilets. |

I think it was recently renovated, so it was like a new hotel. Very helpful staff and they speak English. If you like people watching, the resturant, on the second floor, has a nice view of the street. Very good value for the money. I understand the constraints of establishing a nice hotel in a downtown urban area, things were a bit cozy. Reminded me of some of my Tokyo hotel stays. Resturant menu was limited and closed at 5 pm. Ok for a quick bit to eat and I suppose this encourages patrons to get out and try some of the fine local eateries. |

We are a family with 2 children of 9 and 12 and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Very friendly and devoted staff. Trustworthy hotel, everything promised in their website was true. Nice rooms, enough space and unexpected amenities like waterboiler and safety box in the room. Safe surrounding area, nobody bothering you outside this new hotel which just opened in spring 2009. |

This hotel was a 100% joke - My Girl and I checked in, they showed us to our room, I tried to bring 2 luggage in and they hardly fit through the door, the bathroom smelled horrific, the entire room with bath room and beds was no more then 12x12 or 12x14', we upgraded rooms and dealt with it, now they triple charged my card. This Hotel sucks |

Das schicke, stilvolle Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong bietet moderne, angesagte Unterkünfte zwischen dem Einkaufsviertel Causeway Bay und den geschäftigen Straßen von Wan Chai auf Hong Kong Island. |
