Location. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent Wifi reception.

Compact.

Size and design of room, excellent use of space. Nice city views.

Can be a little noisy from adjoining rooms. A little difficult to find however with a good driver it is ok.

The room is small. The floor design is too dangerous & not meeting any safety standard. I missed a step when I woke up, and failed on the floor. Tried to hold the chair when I missed the step but the chair is not stable and too light. The x ray came in today and I had small fracture on my tail bone! Fortunately my head hitting the wall did not create any bleeding or cracks on my head except some minor headaches for 2 days.

Especially the lounge and breakfast facility. Open 24/7. Especially the reception staff for their knowledge of Hong Kong and Kowloon. Always with big smiles. Taxis passing the entrance at all times.

No dislikes at all.

The high spec rooms, the competence of the staff and friendliness of the manager, the clever design of the rooms and the extended happy hour in the lounge which proved to be a great meeting place.

Convenience of location . Close to good restaurants, MtR station, western market. The room was compact but good attention to detail. Comfortable beds and excellent quality linen, towels and toiletry products used. Also free breakfast, happy hour and mini bar a great bonus. Staff were extremely obliging.

Excellent attention to detail in the design - good use of different textures in the room design to give a luxury feel. Very clean and comfortable. The free daily water/drinks and goodies bag was an excellent touch. Small but well thought out. Simple good breakfast

Breakfast could be extended to at least 10am. There needs to be a rubbish bin in the main bedroom area.

Staff were friendly and informative. Free bar & happy hour were fantastic with a great little atmosphere in the hotel bar after a day of walking & sightseeing. The manager was a pleasure to deal with, smiley and helpful in terms of a late check out and storing my bags, free of charge. Room was compact but perfectly practical. Overall a fantastic stay.

Slightly pricey but it is Hong Kong after all. Appearance from outside doesn't appear much but you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk into reception.

The staff were particularly loud, they did all their work on full volume which travelled. Venue was particularly small, gym was always unserviced. Breakfast was sparse and finished early. There is also no room service.

The complimentary gifts relating to rugby sevens, it was very thoughtful. Loved the cool design of the snack pack and the backpack.

The elevator was extremely slow, with one out of service during our stay. There was also a smell of cigarette smoke which filtered into our room for the last 2 days of our stay.

This hotel was just perfect in every sense! The staff was friendly, the idea of the happy hour and open bar is super, the location of the hotel is close to Macau Ferry, LKF, Soho, MTR, tram, Peak, etc. The room is small, but you don't notice it as it is well thought and as everything is new, it is great!

The only thing I can say is that it was a pity breakfast was only until 9h30! When you are on vacation, sometime you like to sleep in a little bit longer.

Hip place offering good value. Clean design, great location, fair price. Amiable atmosphere. Prototypical Hong Kong experience. I'll be back.

Tight space, elevators should be faster --- know it's a major upgrade, but it coud be done..

Gym is tiny with only two running machines and weights up to 10kg only ...

I really liked this hotel. They make the most of their space, and turn relatively small rooms into little designer crash pads. The free munchies bag, mini bar, breakfast bar and apples and pears will put a smile on your face.

The location could be a just a little closer to the bars of Soho and LKF, but it isn't really an issue. It's just an extra 5 mins walk.

Happy hour Gym Small touches

Special thanks to Miss Kylie. She is sweetheart. Renovated rooms and interiors looked fantastic. Breakfast was super good. Happy hour every day was great too. Free minibar in the room was handy.

Room 801 was very small. Specially the lack of furniture where to put your clothes was disturbing. Some days the cleaning of the room happened after 7 pm.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff and super comfortable bed in an excellent location to SOHO/ LKF.

Rooms super small, don't book here if you are looking for a gym as it's simply to small and not well equipped. Walls are too thin and I could hear the guy next door snoring all night which is why I checked out.

Its location was good - you could get to shops, metro etc quite easily. The free mini-bar & happy hour is a nice touch. The breakfast was good.
