Panda Hotel

Mir hat an diesem Hotel die Lage, weit ab von den Touristenhotels, gefallen. Die Umgebung ist sehr landestypisch und eindrucksvoll. Der Pool ist sehr schön, das Fitnesscenter klein aber mit Ausdauer und Kraftgeräten gut ausgestattet.

Leider ist die Klimaanlage im Fittnessbereich immer zu kalt eingestellt. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes wurde eine Bar im 7.Stock beworben die leider verschlossen war als wir sie aufsuchen wollten!!!

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schoen, extrem gross, einfach ein Erlebnis, alles zu Ehren des Pandabaeren. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der Preis pro Uebernachtung ca 35EUR Doppelzimmer.

Das sind wirklich nur kleine Kleinigkeiten, z.B. bin ich mit dem Lift durcheinander gekommen, aber das ist Ansichtssache, sonst ist mir nichts aufgefallen.

Staying at Panda Hotel on our 4th visit to Hongkong was a wholesome and a wonderful experience.We were allowed to chek-in early at 11:30Am without additional charge.The de luxe room is spacious(21sq.m). Check-in and check- out were very fast. We were at the 22/F and the elevators did come fast. The free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui was very convenient and we used it for the most part of our stay. On our trip to Macau, the driver dropped us right in front of China Ferry Terminal. There are several bus stops around the hotel which made it easy for us to commute. The concierge staff were very helpful and patient in explaining to us how to go to places we wanted to see. KFC, and a couple of convenience stores are inside the hotel.

As I stayed 4 nights, I checked with the front desk staff if my room could be free ungraded. However, the supervisory staff said he arranged the deluxe room for me that was upgraded. But actually I booked the deluxe room from online already, I didn't know why the staff said the room was upgraded. Moreover, no smile and eye contact for the supervisory staff during our conversation. I thought he didn't happy for my requistion of the free room upgrade.

Excellent, I mean great, gym and swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful (all of them I encountered). Breakfast buffet in external cafe very acceptable. Room is a bit Spartan, but overall an excellent value for hk, which has high hotel rates.

I liked the Panda theme, and the fact there was a gym and pool. Both were very nice. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The general design of the room was also nice.

The shower area was a tub combo and therefore made it difficult to use as the ceiling was too low. a separate shower would be better. The toilet was broken and did not flush properly. The hot water boiler was broken and caused the power in the room to short out. It took 2 hours to repair and get a replacement water boiler. This delayed my morning schedule. I expected better from a highly rated hotel. There is also no free Wifi.

Room is reasonably big and clean. Not far away from subway station. Good value for money.

good overall, about 6-10 mins walk to underground got local shopping centre just below the hotel, close to hospital (if needed @@), even located not in centre hk but got everything u need around the hotel, room size and service everything okay with this value.

Good restaurant and a nice swiming pool. A good choice of food for breakfast.

Room very small, not suitable for a third bed. The Hotel reception was chaotic. location poor. It was not a deluxe room as stated.

The breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, walkway to MTR was very useful

Checking in was a bit like signing mortgage documents at the bank. Quite scary!

The Internet is too expensive, bad payment system. Would not recommend for business trip

the bed was very comfortable with good quality linens and pillows and air con was efficient.
