Panda Hotel    

Staff were so helpful and the room was well equipped (bathrobes , scale, own iron kit, nice slippers).

Internet connection was very slow. I had to ask change to a modem, but still not fast.

The recreational facilities in the hotel, pool, gymnasium were excellent.

The outlook from the room windows is abysmal, the hotel is looking aged and due for a full overhaul, room furniture is in a poor state

It's a good hotel based on the price. It's near the mrt and airport shuttle bus. Hotel also has shuttle bus to downtown hourly. So it's easy to disneyland, airport and downtown. That's very good for family wth child. And there is big shopping mall(jusco) under the hotel, so it's also convinence for shopping.

Aircondition system seems old, need turn on it with low temperature all the day, otherwise there will be bad smell in the room.

We have to pay 100 hk dolar for the internet and it did not work properly... The Hotel charged me the price of the first day and in my credit card and i have paied in cash in the check out. I don´t know yet how can i have my money back.

Wifi not free. Unbelievable in such hotel.

Breakfast not comparable to the cuisine that Hong Kong is famous for. Slightly old the furnitures and fittings.

Quite cheap hotel for a good sized room. Near the MTR and alot of other shops nearby. Everything was provided: tooth brush shower gel etc.

Very damp smell in the hallway and room. Couldn't breath well. I thought the hotel would look more luxurious but overall it had a cheap feeling not what I expected from the pics but that's a minor issue.

We stayed on the 29th Executive Floor which had its own Reception and Executive Lounge on the 30th Floor. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Executive Restaurant was very pleasant and welcoming.

The bedrooms were a little small and there was no hairdryer.

Good location for subway and airport.

Everything an extra charge.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, nice place to stay near to airport and disney land.

really enjoyed the large 2 bedroom suite. 1 king bed and 2 single beds. perfect for a family to stay in. 3 40inch TVs in the suite. staff very helpfull. 3 floors of shopping below (including supermarket). I was looking for a family friendly room in a hotel with a pool and this place had all those. the room felt comfortable. the beds were made everyday as well as fresh toiletries, bottled water and extra nespresso pods for the nespresso machine. The nearest MRT station was a short walk away which I didn't mind at all. the trip to the "city" was about 8 stops. trains are so frequent. I would stay here again.

Some cafe and good shop in Panda Hotel complex, no problem with food or drinks at any time.

You can not open window for refresh air in room, airconditioner very old, not effectiv. A lot of dust inside the room!

The hotel is little bit far from mtr station,so crowded in the lobby hotel, far away from the airport.

The hotel was efficient, clean and comfortable. It was well located for the MTR enabling to travel round HK with ease.

There is no free wifi internet service in the rooms

It is close to the stop of subway.

The window could not been open. Really hate this. Besides, the bed provided is different with the picture showed on the Booking.com. On Booking, there are one small and big bed for family. But actually there are only two small bed for family. Complain about that , but no actions.

Though the location is not so good, but the hotel provides free shuttle bus service to Mongkok and TST. Overall, the experience was a good one.

the account and password for Internet access are limited to bundle one equipment, which is not convenient for customers with more than one computer or phone.

The location is strategic, the staffs are friendly and always willing to help.
