The room is clean and tidy. Located in urban area where you can feel hk life within few steps, a good chance to have a look at difference side of hk. PS. I am a local hk people Th hotel is old, but luckily, the room is great and out of my expectation |

My stay at the Panda was not good, at time no hot water, asked for non-smoking room and got smoking room, when enquery about this, it was ignored. It was a very run down hotel |

Friendly staff, good price and very easy to get to from the airport on the A31 bus. The pool closing time of 7pm. 10pm would be better. |

i like the room they cleaned it well everyday although we stayed at smoking areas it not matters because the room it self was presentable. All the staffs are very much accommodation and pleasant. only sad thing was we havnt experience the pool, cos its only opens from 7am to 7pm.i wish that this will be open for 24hrs to the rest who only free at night time. |

Liked the staff and the big space and seats in the lobby. Overall I like it. Hope the bath tub can be cleaned and remove molds, and others. Hope the food in the buffet can be improved including the price, its pricey compared to other hotel in its class. The food is not that good either. |

this hotel is great. the staff are are excellent and so are the facilities. admittedly it's not in the centre of HK but that didnt prove a problem as the excellent and very cheap HK metro is nearby and taxis from the centre at night are pretty cheap and quick too. also it means you are pretty well located for the airport and asia world expo centre but still within easy reach of kowloon and... the only thing i didnt really like was that you had to keep buying 1 hr or 24 hr cards to use the wifi. this was a bit inconvninent at times but its a minor point. also be aware that HK hotels will charge an extra 10% for service or tax or something. it would appear that this is quite normal. |

Very good executive suites, excellant lounge with free internet connections and very helpfull staff and good security. Very much a Chinese package tour hotel, but the executive portion is secured seperate to the rest of the hotel. |

Thanks for the transportation to Mong Kok and World centre less smile from some of the staffs, hospitality required to improve such as "welcome guests"..... to treat all guests equally regardless from where they are...Asia or Europe or others |

Value for money was my number one reason. Location was my number 2 reason. I think I got good value from both. This is a nice business Hotel well located for almost anywhere in Hong Kong. The front desk staff were both friendly and courtious and i would stay at this Hotel again. |

Had a very enjoyable stay in Panda Hotel. The staff are very professional and friendly and I felt I could really relax and recuperate after a such a long journey. If I return to Hong Kong I will certainly stay in Panda Hotel again. |

Great bang for the buck! good location, I actually prefer Tsuen Wan over downtown.. very close to the MTR station.. big rooms, nice staff, gym, pool all of that for less than half the price of downtown hotels. Horrible breakfast and overpriced. |

The reception was good, she was really nice and pretty. Everything was fast and on time. Enjoy the breakfast and the afternoon tea. Maybe improve the washroom, the toilet system was slow. |

Excellent location for those that travel with subway although in the New Territories area of Kowloom Peninsula. The shopping Mall in levels 1 & 2 are very convenient as well. Very good reception desk, very good english speaking and above all very help ful! |
