It was clean and very reasonably comfortable. The lobby staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were also helpful and very friendly. We thought we had booked a delux room - but it turned out our definition of 'delux" was not the same as that of the hotel's definition. We got what we would evaluate as a very standard room by international standards. There was no need to complain as it was comfortable and clean. |

The hotel is easily accessible from the MTR (HK light rail), and is in a fairly quiet part of the city. The free shuttlebus to TST and paid shuttle to the airport were both punctual in my experience. I found that for a room advertised as "recently renovated" it was surprisingly dated and worn. While still clean and serviceable, don't expect a room out of the hotel pictures |

The staff were all accommodating. The room was in pristine condition. The walkway going to different areas was super convenient. The free shuttle going to Central was fabulous. Service was fast. |

Their "FREE" Shuttle Bus Services between Tsuen Wan to Thim Sha Tsui {via Mong Kok}. Plus The "Calm Relaxing & Safe Feeling" atmosphere within the hotel. Overall, highly recommended for any international travellers. Panda Hotel could have provide a future extra services for their International Customers by providing free Shuttle Service between the Hotel and the Airport. |

I like the room they have given to us. I booked for regular rooms but they have given us a suite for the same value as the regular ones. since we're a family it's a good thing we stayed in one suite room but with separate bedrooms. it was clean, elegant and very luxurious. it has a kitchen where can cook and sterilized for our baby's feeding bottles. complimentary water is served everyday. room amenities were replaced, even the toothbrush. bathroom is very nice, bathtub is clean. towels were replaced everyday.Over all...we enjoyed our stay. The flush of the toilet bowls are not working properly, maybe under maintenace. |

Panda hotel accommodation is very affordable. Nice facilities and rooms are comfortable too. They even gave us a free upgrade to executive suite because the deluxe rooms I booked are not available anymore. When I go back to HK, I would stay there again. :) Sometimes it's hard to communicate with the staff because their English is poor. |

Though far from The TST area (where most tourists stay) it is ideal for those wanting to go to Disneyland HK, Giant Buddha and shop at Citygate as they can connect to the tun chung line via lai king station going to the said places. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly, hotel is also close to shops, grocery stores and eateries... no need to take long walks. |

I liked the location, close to the MTR and shopping. I was pleasantly surprised to have a double for the price of a single room. The staff was always pleasant and helpful when I needed advice. On my birthday the manager even sent a cake to my room! |

I was at the hotel only for a few hours transit. However, in the time I was there, I found the hotel to be comfortable and clean, and helped me to relax and be refreshed for my next flight. |

There is alot of restaurant around the hotel and the price is very reasonable. what i most enjoy is the hotel upgraded my room to a Panda deluxe plus without charging us anything need to walk quite a distance to the mtr station. the shuttle bus which the hotel provide only go to tsim tsa tsui, it would be better if the hotel shuttle bus go more places. |

The only problem is very far from main attractions & Food ( Indian ) But 5 minutes walk from MTR so that you can reach anywhere in Hong Kong within 20 Minutes. Apart from this the Hotel staff was so nice, the service is excellent, the cleanliness is good Definite recommends to family with children from India. |
