The entrance door is not auto. You need to push it even you carry a lot of luggage. The room before renovation didn't make you feel comfortable. |

there are 2 types of rooms.. I've booked the cheaper one since i'm on budget and my stay was for 11 nights..the room is unbelievably 50% larger than the size of a typical room in hong kong..the room seems to be over-used and needs some change.. Cleanliness is good and airport/city bus and the metro are pretty close..for budget concious people,u can be on budget by using the public transportation, not a taxi or a hotel bus.. The daily rate was around 400 hkd per day! the over used room should be updated.. And wifi is not budget friendly.. If u care about down town proximity then the hotel needs 30 mins bus/metro ride costing 10 hkd, taxi around 100 hkd |

The staff is very nice. The hotel has two free shuttle buses to Mongkok. There are many good places to eat around the hotel area. The guest can take a bus to the hotel from the airport. It only costs HKD$17.50. We will stay there again for our next vacation. |

I have stayed at the Panda numerous times. Every visit is an adventure. The hotel attracts widely diverse guests and is the place for many weddings. I enjoy going around the neighborhood which is completely non-touristy. It's great for shopping and people watching. The staff is friendly and very efficient. |

Generally good. Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. I set a morning call arrangement on my departure date in order to meet the early flight schedule. The call at 5.30am did not get done. Luckily I woke up at about 5.45am and did not miss my flight. This area needs to improve , I would have made a fuss if I ever miss my flight because of this. Secondly, I was supposed to have a non-smoking room but I can smell the smoking smell in the room I was given . I saw the cigarete ashtray as well. |

I loved the spacious room. I understand that HK hotels are quite small but Panda's Deluxe room was spacious. A lot of space to move around. They made the room daily upon request and replaced all necessities. I loved the free shuttle service. The location despite away from the center, there are a lot of affordable food choices in and around the hotel. Try noodle shops and kebab like fish and squid balls. There is also a quaint bakery across the street selling really tasty fresh fruit and cream pastries. There is a mall beneath the hotel so you never run out of shopping spots. Wellcome, Circle K and Park N Shop are just right around the corner. This is where we rushed to get couple of supplies and snacks. I love Panda Hotel. I will be back! We experienced 12 C, the coldest in 10 years. The head of our double bed was right out of the big glass window. Despite the curtains, we can still feel some kind of draft creeping over our heads and it can become a bit uncomfy. We just moved the bed farther. We forgot to put the "do not disturb sign" during the first day and we were awakened by a lady out our door constantly shouting "housekeeping". She apologized however and was not disturbed the second day.The front desk are helpful and nice but they could use a be a bit more friendly. They are but just a bit more. We noted these in their feedback form and hopefully the next time we see some more improvements but over all I love Panda Hotel. |

It's convenient for shopping and dining nearby the hotel. The gynasium and pool are good for family relaxing. Quite a lot of the hotel guests are on package tour. |

Value for money. The location is a bit far from the city however, the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from Tsim Sha Tsui. Mtr is also very accessible with a direct foot bridge from the hotel lobby. The Recreation center is excellent with a big outdoor pool and state of the art gym equipments. The lower part of the building is packed with shops, restaurant, grocery, bakery and the surrounding area is also a great place to shop. We like everything about the hotel except for the hkd1500/- deposit they asked upon checked in which is not specified when the booking was made. |

The hotel itself was nice but it had terrible location and it took me two hours to find. It was not on any city maps or the one i purchased. Had to ask many people where it was. Not accurate on maps. Poor Poor Poor, took way too long to find and i didnt even have much time in HK. The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly but location and directions on how to get there were awful. |

Room rate is reasonable. I was suprised to see that they provide a microwave oven. Quite near to Airport with shuttle bus service. Abit far from the MTR. Breakfast variety is quite limited & the same everyday. |

It was about 10min walk from the MRT, so it was easy to get food at the grocery store which was one station away. We were able to take a bus from the airport to the hotel, bus stop was less than 10min from the hotel. The carpets are old and have lots of stains... it would be nice if they were changed. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were what I was looking for. My only issue was the firmness of the bed. It was way too hard for me. |

I was surprised to note the refurbished hotel lobby and rooms. Location as it takes around 15 minutes walk to reach the nearest MTR station. |

i went to a trade fair and also to see some of the local attraction The bus service, drop off and pickup time cards, would have prefer to have to show my room key instead of been given a pickup time. Also the breakfast menu could be more creative, could have my egg done as I wanted and no cheese. |

We were upgraded to the 29th floor, much better than my last visit. I hope you can have shuttle bus from mtr station (tsuen wan) to the hotel. Its a bit far especially if you went shopping. |
