The service is good.
The mattress is so hard.
the swimming pool
Porter service is fast. Staff sre helpfull.
Wheni enter the room, the carpet smells bad. We cant open the window even a lil bit to get the fresh air. Toilet is an old fashion and the shower was spoilt. Swimming pool was not clean enough.
Everything was good. We enjoyed and we would like to go there again.
We could take hust a bus from airport, very cheap
you may wait a little bit for elevator
The staff were friendly and efficient The 2 bedroom suite was spacious
It wasn't centrally located but places of interest were easily accessed using the MTR
We were in no smoking floor and the smoke smells all over the place Big noise at night Cleaning isnt that good Rooms full of insects
The staff are very polite and helpful.
While I was staying at Panda , my room was being promoted to female room area at 27 floor. I like it a lot as it was a quiet room, no interruption from the neighbor . I travel to Hong Kong often, hoping I will be able to get the same desk too.......
Non that I can think off ....
The food was good especially the restaurant on the 30th floor. The concierge staff were good The location was good The lifts were efficient The shops down below were convenient. Cheap breakfast.
The bed was so hard we had sore backs in the morning. The cleaning in the room was poor, the toilet was not cleaned in 8 days. It was difficult to get a taxi.
Very good service: reception gave us a warm welcome and made sure we would have 2 rooms next to each other after we decided to extend our stay; staff was attentive, manager Michael Luk made sure we were well looked after. Especially Mr Jackie from Security was very considerate and helpful and made our stay a memorable one. The lobby is nice, wide choice for breakfast at Panda Cafe, pool big and well maintained. Hotel is connected to shopping centre and many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Museum, temple and park are very nearby. In short: Panda Hotel has it all!
Some guests were quite noisy in the evening.
Panda Hotel is wonderful. It rained the entire time that we were there but my 9 year old daughter stayed entertained. The attached mall was wonderful so we could shop. The restaurants and the supermarket kept us full and the exercise facility with the steam room and sauna had me relaxed. I couldnt ask for a better place to stay. We will definitely visit again.
Comfort of the bed....
The bathroom is clogged...drainage is poor...
location is convenient. MTR within walking distance, Shops within the same building. All staff from front Desk (Eric) who checked us in ( our rooms were upgraded to the 28th floor) including Housekeeping were efficient and friendly. Would recommend Hotel to friends.
Hotel very cleanliness and staff very kindly.
I don't like the breakfast
Fairly convenient. Close to most shops, supermarkets, banks and eateries. A laundrymat is located at the end of the block near the crosswalk and charges HK$35 for a 7 lb load. MTR station is 10 mins walk but the ride to Central needs half an hour. Size of the room is OK with comfortable beds. Staff in general are helpful. Free WiFi in room is fairly fast.
The hotel is catered for tour group so the lobby and lifts are often flooded with noisy tourists. My room was close to the panty on 22nd floor and room service staff working inside in the morning chatted loudly with little regards to guests staying in rooms close by.
the room has plenty of space
check in process, very slow. but the counter speak too fast that is like a robot. they were reading a script instead of greeting the guest with a personality
Friendly Staff Close to MTR station Big Rooms Gym Facility Swimming Facility Free Wi-Fi Clean rooms Plaza under hotel
Mosquitos in the swimming pool Damp smell in room and corridor
The pool looked great (but was closed due to very light drizzle - not wet enough to call rain!) Bed & pillows comfortable. Gym, sauna & steam rooms seemed good.
Small cramped rooms, booked non-smoking but only smoking room on smoking floor available = Very Smelly. Location OK, nothing special. Crazy busy & noisy lobby with long queues no matter what time of day or night you arrive. The pool looked good, especially with kids jumping castle, but was closed the whole time due to very light drizzle (not enough rain for a raincoat or umbrella). Moved to Hyatt Regency with huge luxurious waterfront sunrise view room for only $40 more per night!!!
The cleaning staff and the bell boys are very friendly and helpful, always greet clients with a smile.
Did not realize they charge $5.00 for each local phone call which is a free service normally in hotels. The toilet flushing system is appalling and often does not work till you repeatedly pulling the handle several times. Front desk people are not very helpful and not accommodative to client's needs eg not allowed early checkout or not able to get back to your room once it's done. The waiting area in the hall is packed with people and very noisy !
big space, good service
only one rest room for a 4-bed room, it is not enough
Spacious room. Personally i like Tsuen Wan area, i find prices more reasonable compared to tsim sa chui or mongkok.
My last night stay was disturbing as there were lots of students on that floor and making a lot of noise even at 1am. I had to open my door and beg them to be quite as both my elderly mum & I couldn't sleep due to the noise.
The staff I thought were very good. I got upgraded to an executive room for free, so not everyone may have the same experience as me. However, the hotel has some very good facilities, and the location is very good as only 6/7 mins from MTR, and 20/25 mins into Hong Kong Central. Shuttle Bus to airport as well.
Bit manic if you are checking out at 12, as everyone else seems to check out at the same time!
