Wifi Cost way to much for hotel

It is pretty clean and there are many roadside stalls around the hotel. good if you want to blend into the hongkong residential lifestyle. There are many shops in the hotel itself as well.

It is abit far from the city area. However they have shuttle bus services which operates by the interval of an hour.

Covers all the basics adequately. Stores and restaurants are nearby. MTR station reasonably close and accessible.

Checking in takes long. Lobby/reception area can be renovated for an improved look.

Nice location, excellent staff, clean spacious rooms

I enjoyed my stay at Panda hotel. This hotel recommended by my aunt . The location near airport and Disneyland. Just about 10 minute walk from hotel to Tsuen Wan mtr station. The room so nice and comfort . More better if have free wifi.

We have intially booked 2 adjoining rooms for 4 adults and 1 infant cot. Our mother decided to join us last minute, so we required an additional adult bed to be added. There was insufficient space in the rooms. Luckily the front staff was quick to help us to clinch a family suite, to resolve this 'space contraint' problem. It was great to stay in the family suite, as it was very spacious and provided us with the opportunity to interact inside the hotel. The service staff ensured that our rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. We have always been rather particular about hotel toilets, but Panda Hotel has such clean toilets, that provided us with everything that we needed. We had enjoyed our stay at Panda Hotel!

The only set-back was the location of Panda Hotel. It was rather far from those places of interest that we had planned to visit. More time and fare were wasted in travelling on the mtr.

The gym facility is great. Very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The pool size is some of the best in Hong Kong. Hotel staff are very courteous and most of them speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Our family stayed at Panda for at least 6 times since 2007. We notice that the hotel class has taken a nose dive in recent years. There are a lot of tour groups and the lobby is always noisy and unorganized. Some hotel patrons do not understand basic social manner and courtesy. We used to rate Panda as a 4 star hotel but we must now give it a 3 stars. We may not stay there next time we visit Hong Kong.

Nice and comfortable. Could catch bus there from airport. Great buffet breakfast. Helpful with kids. Could have my under 12 year old stay for no extra money so long as she didn't require extra bedding. Over 12 year old had a small charge for extra bed.

Further from airport than I thought. If I'd known I would have booked a closer hotel simply because the money I spend on getting there and back was more than the price difference between hotels. However the location of the Panda is excellant so definitely worth it if staying more than one night and wanting to get around Hong Kong.

The staff were always very helpful, and seemed very efficient whenever I had to deal with them. Panda is a bit far from the main tourist activities to be found in Kowloon and hk Island... But with the efficiency of the mtr system this travel distance made very little difference to us. In fact the longest part was the 10 minute walk from mtr station to the Hotel which we just loved since it allowed us to pass by local Town Plaza and we could observe the local life. The bed in our room was actually two singles pushed together, which resulted in a really huge bed...we did not even have to use the separate sofa bed for our baby...we could have even fitted more people onto our bed... I loved it. However, I did find the mattress to be a little hard.

From my observation Panda hotel is very old, and this can be seen in the condition of furnishings and fittings which show the age. Even with the efficient and friendly staff, I think the hotel is in need of some refurbishing. For me, it is not such not a huge problem, as all I need is for the place to be clean, comfortable and the bathroom facilities to work well. But, I think that there is some scope to modernise and refurbish the hotel which will breath new life into it (in my opinion).

Excellent Hotel, placed far from "busy" part of city. Very good connected with all destinations with mrt or taxi. Very good service, excellent staff. Spacious rooms, renoved recently.

The bed is big, room is in decent size.

It was quiet and the location was good.

Check in counter was confusing. Staff did not explain the billing appropriately. Only when checking out, did they give you the relevant information....by then too late! Shuttle to Tsim Tsha Tsui was a bit of a hassle to get, because you had to book for it....easier to catch public transport.
