Prisvärt och bra hotell, vänliga och hjälpsamma personalen. Nära till butiker; hotellet är ihopbyggt med en shopping mall och det finns andra köpcentrum med gångavstånd. Ligger lite avskilt från de populäraste turistområdena i Hong Kong men man tar sig snabbt dit ändå med MTR (tunnelbannan i Hong Kong). Incheckningen kunde ha varit lite snabbare. |

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi var 2 par i sällskapet och ville ha rummen nära varandra. De erbjöd oss 2 Executiverum med vardagsrum mellan utan förhöjd avgift, väldigt fin gest från deras sida. Flygplatsen nås på ca. 25 min. och cenrum på 10 min. med taxi |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panda Hotel. The place is ideal - near the MTR and with a Mall in the same building - and our room was perfect. We had 2 adjoining rooms which looked like they they were newly renovated. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable (love the comforters!). The staff was very helpful, answering our countless questions on how to get around Hong Kong. One drawback though was the lack of free wifi. In this day and age, I think offering free internet service would be a huge plus for any hotel. |

The concierge department was best. They have maps and can show you where ever you want to go. They can even tell you which metro/train to take. It is a bit far from the metro, but it was ok anywhere :) |

Shopping around Hong Kong. I find the free and frequent shuttle bus provided by the Panda, very useful and the extensive TV channels to chill out on. My children used the swimming pool last year and good to see that this facility is still existent. Maximum points for the friendly service offered by Pierre, Richard and the young lady (Ms Kin?)in charge of 15th floor - I will definitely try to book for this floor again. The MTR is further away than other hotels that I have stayed in. Also there have been too much loud noise from rude guests outside the corridor on some days who have woken me up very very early (6am) and not welcomed when I have just travelled for over 17hours on my first night. |

It was a convenience locations for me and the rate was good I could not do laundry....but my last stay in this hotel two years ago I can use their laundry facility plus a daily local newspaper was provided |

Convenience to public transportation; we had the Deluxe room that has a good size; Hotel staff friendly and helpful; good price Mattresses too hard, very uncomfortable; breakfast price we paid quite different from what was written in our reservation (99 HKD paid instead of 50 HKD); room quite old might need to do some renovations; only 3 elevators for 30 floors |

It has been somewhat remodeled since I was there 4 years ago. Better looking! Hotel needs to have better planning with the large crowd from their contracted tour groups. It created inconvenience for small group and individual guest. I had to wait in line to get on the elevator to my room for more than 30 minutes. I was also woken up at 5:30am by the room next door since their tour group starts early. |

Our stay in the hotel is very relaxing. After a days tour around Hong Kong, it is very good to have a comfortable rest in our rooms. Compared to our previous experience with other hotels, we are looking forward of getting back at Panda Hotel. |

The guy at the executive lounge who accommodated our registration (i didn't get his name), he was on night duty during our stay, he was very accommodating and addressed my concerns. I would like to commend his excellent services. |

The room though small is very cozy and has all the amenities needed for a budget hotel cost. It has the best location since it is closed to mcdo, kfc, 7/11, welcomme, and shopping area. It would be nice if they can offer free bottles of water also like in otehr hotels. |

The room is clean, room size is quite big compared to hotels around Kowloon or hk with similar price. Although the locations is quite far from the city center, there is a free shuttle bus to take us there in just 15 minutes. The nearest mtr is only 10 minutes walk. Overall, I'm pleased to stay in here. Considering the price, none. |
