My wife does not read English well and does not read Chinese at all. The TV menu is set to default to pay per view channels and it is very easy to order these channels without knowing that you are doing so. My wife accidently did this, while I was out of the room. When I got back, I realized what had happened and asked her if she wanted to watch the movie. She immediately shut off the movie and we went to the service desk, explained what had happened, and asked that we not be charged for the movie. We were politely, but firmly, told that we would have to pay. Eventually, at checkout , I got the charge reversed by threating to give the hotel a very bad review. I do not think that I should have had to resort to this tactic to solve this matter. In all fairness, we probably would have run into the same problem at most hotels in Hong Kong. I would recommend the hotel, but be very careful of the TV if you have children or someone in your party who is not fluent in English. If you stay for a number of days, it would be very easy to run up a large TV bill.

It was close to all the shopping in tst. I would however prefer free wi-fi in the hotel as this was not provided. I would come back to the hotel again. Wi-fi should have been provided free for hotel guest.

Very good location in the busiest part of Kowloon with countless surounding restuarans, bars and shops. Also a relatively short walk to the Star Ferry for trips to Hong Kong island. The hotel was clean, modern and reasonably stylish. A very good mid-range hotel.

The best is the location. You are practically next door to Guandomg Barbeque House... Who serves one of the best roasted goose in town. Not salty... Cooked just right. (But their staff needs some ethiquette training). We stayed at room 1306... u may need to make the curtain drawable from the sides. The morning sunlight too bright if we open from the center.

I liked the location of Park Hotel. It's near the shops at Tsimshatsui and the tst station. It's within 15-20 minutes by foot to the Star Ferry terminal and Harbour City. I also like the fact that the airport bus (a21), as well as the airport express shuttle, stops at this hotel. Very convenient!

The hotel staff were very helpful. They can communicate well in English. The rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in this hotel with my husband and three boys. The hotel room was big enough to accommodate all of us. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel is also near the Tsim Sha Tsui Station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent access from the airport via a21 bus. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Returnride to the airport is also very convenient; just across Chatham Road...less than 4-minute walk away. Hotel is clean and comfortable and lots of restaurants near the hotel. MTR station is just a 10-minute walk away. Rooms are small, but adequate. Wi-fi should be included at the rates they charge.

Location and service The main entrance is on a side road. As such, most cab drivers tend to stop opposite the hotel. Inconvenient when carrying big luggage.

Excellent service - the staff quickly changed (and upgraded) our room during the first night when we were disturbed by noises from adjacent rooms. Cleanliness of the room was first rate.

The size of the rooms compared with other hotels in the area. Complimentary water on hand. Air conditioner was very noisy. Very few English tv channels to watch.

Good sized rooms, friendly attentive staff, bath in room, good location. Could maybe do with an executive lounge and more business facilities. The smell of Hong Kong wafts through the lobby.

Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Wide range of shopping and food outlets nearby. Since our last visit, the room appears to be slightly run down. Price for extra bed was hk440, a rather steep price.

Great Great location, 5min walk to MTR station. Below hotel lots of small fashion shops, lots of local food around. Many Japanese restaurant around. Walk for 10-15mins you will be around all the branded shops. Love the location. Love Hong Kong. The bed is a little hard.. but beside that everything is nice and great.

It's not suitable for business trip. The hotel didn't accept company credit card even we can use it at other 5 star hotels before. There is no taxi in front of the lobby.
