My wife does not read English well and does not read Chinese at all. The TV menu is set to default to pay per view channels and it is very easy to order these channels without knowing that you are doing so. My wife accidently did this, while I was out of the room. When I got back, I realized what had happened and asked her if she wanted to watch the movie. She immediately shut off the movie and we went to the service desk, explained what had happened, and asked that we not be charged for the movie. We were politely, but firmly, told that we would have to pay. Eventually, at checkout , I got the charge reversed by threating to give the hotel a very bad review. I do not think that I should have had to resort to this tactic to solve this matter. In all fairness, we probably would have run into the same problem at most hotels in Hong Kong. I would recommend the hotel, but be very careful of the TV if you have children or someone in your party who is not fluent in English. If you stay for a number of days, it would be very easy to run up a large TV bill.

Very good location in the busiest part of Kowloon with countless surounding restuarans, bars and shops. Also a relatively short walk to the Star Ferry for trips to Hong Kong island. The hotel was clean, modern and reasonably stylish. A very good mid-range hotel.

This was not a four-star property! My room was triangular-shaped and very cramped. I had to rearrange the furniture to access the window side of the bed and the bed had only 18" on either side for walking. The bath was very small and you had to get next to the toilet in order to close the bath door. The only meal services were overpriced buffets; nothing ala carte. No pool, hot tub, or fitness center. The main entrance to the hotel is accessed by two small alleys!!!! This property is definitely overrated and overpriced. I would not recommend it to future travelers.

Location The room was smelt damp and was damp, we were offered another room after we had unpacked settled down. After traveling for 24hours and arriving at 6 am and having to wait 4 hours for a room we just put up with it hoping it would improve but it did not.

Location, room, staff. I really objected to paying for internet! This I find unacceptable in the 21st century. It was my single annoyance and the reason I would not return, without looking first for a similar priced hotel providing free internet access.

Excellent access from the airport via a21 bus. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Returnride to the airport is also very convenient; just across Chatham Road...less than 4-minute walk away. Hotel is clean and comfortable and lots of restaurants near the hotel. MTR station is just a 10-minute walk away. Rooms are small, but adequate. Wi-fi should be included at the rates they charge.

The best is the location. You are practically next door to Guandomg Barbeque House... Who serves one of the best roasted goose in town. Not salty... Cooked just right. (But their staff needs some ethiquette training). We stayed at room 1306... u may need to make the curtain drawable from the sides. The morning sunlight too bright if we open from the center.
