Location, location, location!!! Bus, metro, taxi all at the doorstep-literally; Efficient, helpful staff; good value for money;

I enjoy to stay here because of the room size & very convenience.

Wireless internet service is poor. May be because of the room position too far away from the equippment

The escalator (access to the hotel) always been down/under repair.

Very quiet although we were close to shopping and restaurants. Staff very friendly and cheerfull and always said hello. Rooms were spacious and clean and enough room to move around in.

good services, cleanliness. MTR is near.

The hotel is in an excellent shopping location. Walking distance to most shops, harbour and other areas (Mok Tong, Shanghai Road) which saves transportation money. Lots of restaurants and small food markets in area also. Jordan D station is right beside hotel (1 min walk).

Located in a mall so had to go up stairs, & esalator to get to elevator for reception. Food was expensive in hotel. Hotel did not have a large sign. Shops on Nathan Road but hotel on side street building is black in color.

It is very convenient to move around for good food and shopping. Can move around by bus too.

I had tried the breakfast buffet. I notice that beef ball was mixed together with Siew Mai. Some people cannot take beef. They should separate them

It's a jumping off point after a flight from Canada, to go to Shenzhen to shop.

V.convenient & comfortable

The hotel location is pretty good in Kowloon, pretty busy but quiet. It is in the middle of the action, but there are not too many western-style eateries around. Staff are quite polite and the service is efficient and to the point. They have to be with the high turnover that they have. We were advised properly when we had to contact a doctor, and when we had to travel back to the airport. Room service was not overly expensive, and very quick to respond.

Isn't it time that hotels offer free wi-fi to their guests? This hotel doesn't, but it seems to be a trend in HK

Great hotel. Great service and nice rooms. Everything worked perfectly and location in really good. MTR station easy to access just by escalator. Very much recommended. Will be going back to this hotel.

Finding hotel entrance from Nathan road side (inside the building) not so easy, could be better signs which way the hotel is. In modern world in *every* hotel, internet should be available and free to use, in this hotel it's separate cost.
