Friendly, helpful and effient staff in all departments we used. Noisy at times through an adjoining door to the next room 723 to 721 during the hours 0230 to 0430hrs requiring a request to reception for the hotel to action the disturbance. Late night partying not late or early checking in/out. |

I like its accessibility to public transport, to shopping, restaurants and sights. I also like the free breakfast which actually tastes good! |

I appreciate that the hotel is centrally located and is above the MTR. The bed was really hard, n it wasnt very comfortable |

The hotel was very close - walking distance - to all forms of shopping, from upmarket to street stalls, a variety of restaaurants and coffee shops, the Mtr was directly under thehotel, a local 7 Eleven was within metres, cleanliness of the rooms was maintained with daily servicing, and the seafood buffet was the best (especially with the guest discount) the pool closed at 630 pm, and we were often out until after that time, and would have liked to relax in the pool. |

1. The 2 rooms are spacious and they have comfortable beds. 2. Good locations. 3. Room reservation staff over the phone was very helpful. 4. Housekeeper, Sindy Yan always wears a sunny smile and brighten my morning. 5. Nick Cheng at reception was very helpful and detail in providing information and direction, other staff at reception should smile more to make guests feel more welcome. |

the shopping mall is within the hotel and also MTR station the breakfast is so expensive.we book the hotel as a family but the food coupon is just good for two. |

The price was reasonable enough considering the hotel's proximity to a mtr station. For sure there are better deals to be had but all things considered it's a pretty good rate. |

It is below the MTR Jordan station which is accessible. Also you can ride the Airport Bus A21 which stops exactly infront of the hotel. The toilet bowl has a hard time flushing. You have to press the button until it fully flushes. |

Convenience of Jordan mtr station just below hotel, felt safe seeing security employees around the area of shopping near hotel, & any questions and requests were answered by hotel staff to my satisfaction. For the price, should include at least one free breakfast and a few hours of free internet access. |

Nice hotel. For this price in HK it's hard to find better. Good location - Kowloon center. Reccomend this hotel for a reasonable price, good service and location |

Express check-out, roof swimming pool, free fruit and water with room. Fantastic location connected to Jordan station and on Nathan Road, making for a nice walk to Star Ferry and close to Temple Street Markets. Paying for wireless internet. |
