Det var ubetinget det dårligste hotel med 4 stjerner jeg har boet på. og det er for øvrigt en heldel da jeg resjer 12-14 gange om året af 3-10 dages varighed. Sengene var dårlige der var ikke særlig rent og personalet var ikke 4 stjerner service. Jeg vil aldrig igen bo på det hotel. |

Der var registreret forkert internet logon på vort værelse. Vi havde bokket 3 værelser af 2 forskellige typer og kunne ikke umiddelbart se forskellen på de to typer udover farver men betalte 80 hk$ for at bo 4 etager højere |

location Breakfast and food in general are poor ! noisy air condition in room cannot be used at night.also outside traffic noise.no free internet in room. drinks expensive.entertainment poor and repetative. |

Easy access to the main shopping area in Tsim Sha Tsui, Temple Street and the Sports goods. Walking distance to the China Macau Ferry Terminal. The lifts do not bring you to the ground floor. You've to carry your luggage from the third floor (the hotel lobby) via escalator. Although the hotel do provide porter services to bring your luggages to the third floor for check in and bring them down again for check out. |

Very quiet although we were close to shopping and restaurants. Staff very friendly and cheerfull and always said hello. Rooms were spacious and clean and enough room to move around in. |

the staff service is very efficient the hotel staff very helpful , there is always room for improvement but i found hotel more than value value for what we paid. |

The hotel is in an excellent shopping location. Walking distance to most shops, harbour and other areas (Mok Tong, Shanghai Road) which saves transportation money. Lots of restaurants and small food markets in area also. Jordan D station is right beside hotel (1 min walk). Located in a mall so had to go up stairs, & esalator to get to elevator for reception. Food was expensive in hotel. Hotel did not have a large sign. Shops on Nathan Road but hotel on side street building is black in color. |

Sitting above the MTR the Hotel has easy access to everything in Hong Kong. A short walk to the city centre and a short train ride to Hong Kong island, the rooms were quiet , clean and a good size for travellers. Nice bar in the lobby. |

It is very convenient to move around for good food and shopping. Can move around by bus too. I had tried the breakfast buffet. I notice that beef ball was mixed together with Siew Mai. Some people cannot take beef. They should separate them |

location, easy to get around the city, Jordan subway station is just right under the hotel. The staffs should offer help carrying luggages since there is no escalator nor slope way taking down to the street. |
