Det var ubetinget det dårligste hotel med 4 stjerner jeg har boet på. og det er for øvrigt en heldel da jeg resjer 12-14 gange om året af 3-10 dages varighed. Sengene var dårlige der var ikke særlig rent og personalet var ikke 4 stjerner service. Jeg vil aldrig igen bo på det hotel. |

Der var registreret forkert internet logon på vort værelse. Vi havde bokket 3 værelser af 2 forskellige typer og kunne ikke umiddelbart se forskellen på de to typer udover farver men betalte 80 hk$ for at bo 4 etager højere |

Rooms were compact but very nicely decorated. Pool on the roof is nice but closed sometimes. The observation tower on the roof is permanently closed. |

great location... and surrounding with all shopping center and near to pier. is better for them to advertise their signboard, i cant find the hotel sign outside the building..anyway, is easy to look for this hotel anyway. |

The service was excellent. All staff made an effort to please and fulfill all requests. The room was much smaller than I expected based on the pictures. |

We were on a honeymoon trip and we love the convenience of the hotel in primary. As it was raining non-stop for the 1st 2 days, Jordan MTR which is located right at the basement of the hotel have helped us to easily access to all the shopping malls without being caught under the rain. |

Very well located (downtown Kowloon, right above MTR's Jordan station, 5 minutes from main shopping/restaurants streets). The hotel is modern and clean and the staff is super polite and very helpful. Deluxe rooms are big, well furnished. |

The underground train station is situation at the lower ground of hotel, so you can avoid rain easily. The hotel is located right in the middle of KowLoong island, so a walking tour to the MongKok or JinSaChui is very convenient. |

The rooms are cosy and nice, the service especially the front desk is good. The attitude is excellent especially kudos to Mr Cheng, he was very helpful in giving out informations that I need. I had heard of bad attitude in the front desk but definitely not on this trip. |

Easy to go anywhere because subway is at the lower level, buses are outside the street, taxis are outside the hotel, and ferries are in the walking distance. |

Friendly, helpful and effient staff in all departments we used. Noisy at times through an adjoining door to the next room 723 to 721 during the hours 0230 to 0430hrs requiring a request to reception for the hotel to action the disturbance. Late night partying not late or early checking in/out. |
