Sitting atop a 6-story shopping center and Jordan MTR Train Station, Prudential Hotel offers panoramic views of Kowloon. This hotel along Nathan Road features a rooftop pool and mini golf. Rooms at the Prudential Hotel feature dark wood furnishings and large windows which let in plenty of sunlight. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar and safe. Location The people here are totally unfriendly and dont expect any service here. When you have problems dont expect them to listen to you. I regretted booking this hotel.

It is centrally located so travelling to tim sai zui and mongkok and across to hong kong island is so easy and direct. Some staff are helpful and they are quick to respond to request. Bellboys who carried our luggages up to our rooms held up their palms to ask for tips from us. They shouldn't be doing this as it spoiled the entire image of the hotel and themselves. It should be up to the tourists to decide if they want to give tips to the bellboys or not.

they promised me a non smoking room,and it was'nt,a smell of cigarates was all over and they could'nt change it because the hotel was full

the location as it is near from shopping arcade the room are very small , on the web site it is wrote 33m2 but the room is only about 20m2 there is a big difference

Good size room for Hong Kong I will not stay again, I have since found out they have taken the money off my credit card for the room and are still holding the deposit and room charge on my credit card. When I inquired about this I was told they take 2 weeks to release the funds back to me....

i felt that for the money spent that the hotel was being cheep by charging for internet connections. This charge is not in keeping with the hotel and its status.

everything was good... especially the staff at the front desk when i checked in... the hotel room is clean, tidy, in a good size... location is quite convenience for shopping and eating... and its only 2min walk to the underground station! don't like the shampoo and shower gel provided by this hotel...

Fantastic location for a short trip to hk. The mtr train station below the hotel was definitely a plus as I could see more of the city during my short stay and could hop to and from the hotel. Also this made it easy to advance check in my luggage for my evening flight at the incity checking in at Hong Kong station only 10min away by train. If coming from the airport take the train! It's easy & much cheaper than a taxi

It was excellent that the hotel check-in staff provided us with 2 interconnecting rooms when we requested. The hotel is just above Jordan Station and within walking to a lot of shops, the harbour city and Avenue of Stars. It is pricey for family travel and the room is a bit small.

The hotel is link to the Jordan mtr station which is very convenient to move around the city. The minus are no free wifi access and its a distance to/from the pickup the airport shuttle service and we got to pull our luggage along :(
