There was a tour office within the hotel which enabled you to book any tour directly. Very helpful and the tours were great, extremely well organised. The sockets in our bedrooms were all western style. This is fine of course but we did however encounter problems when we wanted to charge our chinese phones. Bringing an adaptor may be advisable. |

The location was the main reason we picked the hotel, being close to both the harbour and Mongkok and close to an MTR. It lived up to our expectations. However, we did have problems when we arrived at the Jordan MTR and didn't know what exit to take. We eventually found it but I would suggest you advertise that it is Exit E for future guests within your promotions, information packs etc so that they are aware of this. |

I liked the size of my room! It was huge for one person. I had a king size bed though I reserved a single. This hotel has its own MTR entrance! And a mall inside. The cleaning staff is so nice and hard working. The location is great. Right on Nathan and Jordan. Tons of shopping and food all around; even supermarkets. Very close to the Temple Street night markets and their street foods (which I LOVE!!!) I felt like I had the true and ultimate Hong Kong experience eating off Shanghai St. (the other side of Temple) with the locals and gangsters alike. Loved it so much here! Wish I had more time to spend in this area. My view was of illegal rooftop apartments and that was no so bad but more interesting. Not a good view but a local view. I guess I would have preferred the city skyline but then I would not get to see that old guy in his tighty-whities smoking and watering his plant early every morning on his illegal rooftop patio. Also the price did not include internet, its an extra $120 HKD per 24 hrs and that's a lot. I didn't pay for this service but I would have liked it to be included. In the future I would probably more likely stay at a hotel that included free internet. |

Location on Nathan Road was great. The N. Road is busy and lively with numerous shops. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the harbor. Jordan subway station is under the hotel - easy to move from the station to the hotel with the baggage. Electricity power 220V was able to use only in the room's bathroom - otherwise you will need to use adapter. The room was very clean!!! The shopping mall under the hotel was full of little and local shops. We didn't shopping much in there. |

The location. It's near the MTR station. (1) I was traveling with my wife but they gave us a twin sharing room (2 beds). Since, we would like to avail the room as early as possible, we decide to get it anyway. (2) Small bathtub. (3) No ready 220v outlet. |

Prudential Hotel is located above Jordon MTR station which make transport very convenient. Hotel room is clean and neat thought the building is a little old. The hotel is not very child friendly with many escalators. When we return late, all escalators stopped functioning. This make family with young kids and strollers a big chores to get back to the hotel. |

Hotel location is great. The facilities are available as advertised and the staff are friendly. I would choose this hotel again in future as Nathan Road is my favourite street in Hong Kong. |

room is clean and has enough space to be relaxed. located right on the Jordan St. and big street, it's easy to find where the hotel is. can find a couple of 24h store, so easily get water/beer/snacks all the time. sometimes had troubles in communication with hotel staff. Most of them speak English fruently, but staff on the ground floor (bell boy?) didn't have enough capability to communicate in English. |
