Prudential Hotel  

it is situated at jordan with direct access to the mtr station. there are many eateries and shops around the hotel which adds convenience to tourists, esp those who are travelling with young kids and elderly parents. It is centrally located so travelling to tim sai zui and mongkok and across to hong kong island is so easy and direct. Some staff are helpful and they are quick to respond to request.

Bellboys who carried our luggages up to our rooms held up their palms to ask for tips from us. They shouldn't be doing this as it spoiled the entire image of the hotel and themselves. It should be up to the tourists to decide if they want to give tips to the bellboys or not.

Good location.

If you are not arriving via taxi and using the concierge to transport your luggage you need to negotiate very narrow escalators to the reception desk. This proved somewhat troublesome with our suitcases.

Swimming pool on the rooftop and 2 floors duplex rooms!

Very good service, excellent price on Bookings.com special, gym and big ( good length) pool on the roof.

Everything other than the room was expensive, 10% service fee on everything, even the accommodation??

Location is excellent being on top of Jordan Station

Internet is not free. The cost of internet usage at the hotel is very expensive. I would expect a hotel with high rates should have internet included like many other hotels in Hong Kong and most China hotels

1-quick response 2-staff fairly friendly good arrangement for tours (Grayline desk is at reception)

1-needed to ask for extra toilet paper 2-the tea bags were horrible and we could not get a better brand no comlimentary short stay rooom (1 hr duration) after check out but prior to leaving for airport to freshen up (Singapore hotels have them) 3-no flexibility with check out and check in times?? had to wait 1.5hrs after arrival to check in; could not extend check out time (hotel up the road allowed that) 4-no complimentary internet...free WI FI was available across the road 5-staff cannot speal good English

The hotel is good. Location for Kowloon one of the best. Wifi - was not connected in my room. In room there is no any information about existance of cable internet,

Convenient, comfortable room

i felt that for the money spent that the hotel was being cheep by charging for internet connections. This charge is not in keeping with the hotel and its status.

Tried v hard to meet our request for getting a connecting room. Bath tub v small

Some hotel staff are not helpful. It just put a bad face to those who are.
