Me ha gustado la habitacion en la planta 16, la piscina que te permite bañarte sobre hong kong, y el buffet del desayuno no estaba nada mal!!!! Las intalaciones me han parecido muy correctas, el personal ha sido amable y servicial. El cuarto de baño, me parecio no estar a la altura de la habitacion. Podrian modernizarlos un poco!!!!! |

Es un hotel muy bien situado en kowloon . tiene la estacion de mtr jordan justo debajo del hotel. Tal vez necesite actualizarse un poco |

La localizacion del hotel, estupenda para la zona de compras y practicamente encima del acceso al metro de hong kong(estacion de jordan) La limpieza es regular habia pelos en el baño cuando tomamos la habitacion, ademas me cobraron los impuestos junto con el precio de la habitacion ,cosa que en la reserva ponia explicitamente que no se pagaban |

limpieza y servicio excelente pudiese cambiar la marca del te que ofrecen y es indispensable suministrar azucar de dieta, splenda o equal: yo soy diabetica y mi cafe sn azucar es horroroso |

location, easy to get around the city, Jordan subway station is just right under the hotel. The staffs should offer help carrying luggages since there is no escalator nor slope way taking down to the street. |

The hotel location is pretty good in Kowloon, pretty busy but quiet. It is in the middle of the action, but there are not too many western-style eateries around. Staff are quite polite and the service is efficient and to the point. They have to be with the high turnover that they have. We were advised properly when we had to contact a doctor, and when we had to travel back to the airport. Room service was not overly expensive, and very quick to respond. Isn't it time that hotels offer free wi-fi to their guests? This hotel doesn't, but it seems to be a trend in HK |

This Hotel is simply one of the best hotels in Hong Kong central area. MTR station nearby, everything clean, big rooms. Really good. No free wi-fi. Better signs guiding customer to reception would be good (quite difficult to find the way from Nathan road side if you haven't been there before) |

Great hotel. Great service and nice rooms. Everything worked perfectly and location in really good. MTR station easy to access just by escalator. Very much recommended. Will be going back to this hotel. Finding hotel entrance from Nathan road side (inside the building) not so easy, could be better signs which way the hotel is. In modern world in *every* hotel, internet should be available and free to use, in this hotel it's separate cost. |

The location of this hotel was convenient to the Ladies market and Temple Street market. It also is above the jordan Street MTR so easy to catch the underground. The staff were helpfull but unfriendly. The rooms were okay size wise but the walls were definitely not soundproof and you could hear every noise, from the person in the room next to you having a shower to the people talking in the corridor. Therefore the three nights I stayed here I did not get much sleep and I would not choose this hotel again. |

Situated very conveniently near all public transports and walking distance to street shopping and decent foods. The room I booked was supposed to be including breakfast but got charged for it, as I did not have the print out of the booking to argue my point. |
